A few days back I revealed to you that my niche selection process was originally floored and I had to review the niche I had chosen. Finally I am up and running with the new niche chosen and also beginning to have content produced. In today’s tutorial I’m going to show you the process on how to setup your niche website using WordPress and I show you step by step what I did. I’ve even included the checklist my team uses below so you can also use it as well. Watch the video now:

Hi everyone, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. In today’s tutorial, I’m going to show you the next step which will probably be setting up the website and getting the articles onto it so that you can start getting traffic to the website because there’s no point obviously having a…a searched data and you completed all your research and not having a site because this is where we’re going to start making the money. All right, so I’m going to go through a step by step process where I’m going to show you exactly how my virtual staff go about setting up the website and then posting articles onto the blog.
Now, the posting of articles in the blog will be probably into another video for the next time because in this video, it’s quite in depth of what we need to do for setting up the website. So, I’m going to split it up into separate post so that way you can see exactly what needs to be done for posting articles. As this is all outsourced, it’s all done simultaneously but if you’re looking to do it yourself, then obviously you’ll need to spend a bit of time setting up the website then the articles after that. All right, so let’s just jump into it. I’m going to show you right now a checklist I’ve got in front of me. This is the checklist that I just give straight to my virtual assistant and also my programmer and all they do is just follow these step by step instructions. And, I’ll make sure I put a copy of it down here so that you can download in a Word document or PDF format and just copy it and use it. You know I got no problems with you just using it because that’s how I’ve used it to set it up with all my teams. All right, as you can see right here, here’s a simple checklist and steps setting up a WordPress site. This is the first thing that we need to do. It’s before you do set it up, you need to obviously get your domain name, and we’ve talked about that as well previously because after you’ve done your research, you’re going to purchase your domain name. Then after that, get some web space, hosting and it’s very, very cheap to host to your website on those shared service and then get straight into setting up the WordPress.
So the first thing as I’ve mentioned here to tell them to do is purchase domain name and also from Namecheap and then setup the domain on hosting on number 2. Okay so those are the two important things. Let me just minimize this and I’ll jump over to my screen, my web browser.
All right, this is Namecheap.com, an excellent place to get domains quite cheaply, that’s the reason why it’s called Namecheap. I’ve been using this to host all my domains that I have and I think from memory, every domain cost me about around about $10.15, $10.16 US per domain so if you are looking to purchase domain cheaply, this goes for the whole year. And, if you’re doing what Pat’s done, you can actually purchase through Bluehost and get one domain for free. That’s only if you don’t have hosting with Bluehost already. Because I’ve already got a hosting with Hostmonster which is also a subsidiary of Bluehost, I can’t keep in free domain names obviously. So what I’ve done is I keep buying domain names through Namecheap.com, and through Namecheap, I just link them straight over to Hostmonster. So check it out, it’s an excellent domain name place for that. There are few other around but this is the one I prefer to use.
Setting up hosting is quite simple as well. Once you’ve got domain name, you get to set up the hosting to host all your files in your server and I recommend using Hostmonster. Hostmonster is only $5.95 per month and they’ve always got special promos. You can sometimes get it down to probably as low as $4.95 per month but you know, $6 per month is absolutely nothing. If you can’t afford to that, then obviously there’s something that you’ll need to consider because it’s only going to be less than 100bucks a year to be able to host your website and also have a domain name which your website should be earning more than that. It should cover the cost. All right, I won’t go into too much detail about how to set that all up, it’s pretty simple. Just follow the step by step instructions provided by these hosting companies and you’ll be up and running. All right, let’s jump over now to have a look at the next step.
All right, the next step is to install WordPress, downloaded from WordPress.org and also install then upload Robots.txt file. All right so let’s just jump straight in. Once you’ve setup the account with Hostmonster, just simply get a FTP server program which I use which is called Filezilla and also all my staff uses as well. That’s for Mac and I know that it’s also available for PC as well. Once you’ve got that setup, then what you want to do is to upload your files into obviously your server. And, I’ve already setup…or they’ve got that setup for me already, and you can see right now this is just a WordPress site that we’ve already got up and running which you can see that it’s got everything already loaded in there. But if you’re to have a plain, basic website it’s just widened say WordPress at the top. Now this is just the plugin that you see here. You’ll see he’s loaded up a plugin called PopupDomination and it’s an excellent plugin that I’ve been using. It does cost some money to get but once you’ve got it, it’s really, really powerful because it pops up in front of people with different types of styles and gets them to opt-in. And the goal for my website that I want to setup here is to be able to get as many people opt-in to the database so I can build relationship with them and then potentially down the track, start selling things to them as well. All right, I’ll close this up.
Now, this is just a customized theme from Woothemes that I’ve been using. Now you can purchase that as well from Woothemes and it’s a very, very lovely theme. What we’ve just done is just taken everything out such as the headers and stuff and then replaced it with the correct headers to match our 3daydetox niche market. And, you can just see here how simple it is. There’s nothing more than just a few articles I’ve already posted on the left here and then the 3daydetox plan subscribe. What I’ve been trying to do is just encourage people to subscribe to the newsletter or to subscribe to download something just as a gift. That way, I can get them onto the database. That’s really what my goal is, it’s not to start selling anything on this website right now. All I want to do is get them to hop onto database and build relationship with them and that’s just a strategic way to go about it because I want these customers for long term and I’m not looking to make quick selling right now.
Now you might be wondering, “Why are you putting advertising here on the right?” Well, just in case people don’t want to subscribe, they might also click on these and just go to affiliate links here if they want to do that. And it’s just quite common to post advertisements on the right hand side. Most people usually see it and might click on it and you might get a very, very small percentage but it’s just better to have it there. Over here, it’s just simply the articles that we’ve been writing and we put together. A lot of these articles that you see here are all specifically targeted towards the 3 day detox and my virtual assistant has been working quite hard putting these together and we’ve got probably about 15 articles already scheduled ready to go out but we’ve only posted a few so that we can get this blog showing with some articles. So once you set that all up, it’s as simple as putting articles in there and if you just scroll right down here, it’s pretty simple. There’s not much more to it.
I’ve kept it as simplistic as possible. The reason behind that is that you don’t want to distract your reader’s attention or your potential client from seeing what’s there. I’m just going to pop into the backend and also open up my task list right now for you. And, basically this section here…I’m just going to skip this is something that you can copy and paste which is uploaded robots.txt file and I’ve got that all attached as well down below. You just simply upload that and it allows any Google search engines to crawl your website. But the next thing is just important which is completing the WordPress site.
There’s a few main things that they need to do or you need to do to be able to have your website up and running for WordPress. Now these are just these extra plugins that I have. You don’t have to use all of them, you can choose or pick which ones you think are suitable and I’ve obviously listed the ones that I think are most important. And, as I said not all of these are important so these are all the things that I installed and I setup as well. I want to jump back to WordPress right now.
All right so these are the plugins right here. And, I’ve just got a few plugins actually, don’t have too many. I think the most important ones in my opinion are probably the Google Analytics to be able to track what’s going on and how much traffic getting through and Google XML sitemaps which basically is just submission to Google and you want to have that installed. Those are probably one of the most important plugins I think for the website. If you don’t have any of the plugins installed, these are probably the only ones I recommend, highly, highly recommend.
All right, that’s pretty much it. I think that’s…that’s something that you need to probably just spend a bit of time. But once you’ve done that, what I’ve got done is I’ve had just 7 posts currently, all put inside and we’ve scheduled it to actually have it posted out one a day just temporarily just to get these posts into the blog that way we get some comments then. The reason why we’ve done that is because it’s not very wise to actually have maybe one or two posts because say you’re getting traffic to the website, people want to start reading articles. So at least a minimum of seven articles on your website spread over each day not one day and you post seven articles but one a day. That way, you can just get some content out there and furthermore, Google sees that and will probably index that as well.
And, what we’ve done very successfully is that there’s an article that we have written up about 1500 words and we split it up into three parts because it’s actually quite long. That way, you’ve got a three part series already there and you’ve already got three articles written. So just consider something like that. And, it’s just important to basically lay it out nicely as well.
I think that’s what’s important right now. The next step I’ll probably be showing you in the next video is to probably how to setup the articles and get them written and then also start marketing out there onto the Internet. But the most important thing here is just to show you exactly how I’ve gone about setting up the WordPress site at 3daydetoxhq.com and as I’ve said it’s just a simple to-do list which anyone can just follow and implement. It doesn’t take very long, it just takes a bit of time to get it setup and once you’ve set it up, then the next process is really just to automate your article submissions and also set that up.

Hi it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. Firstly, I want to say big thank you for everybody who’s left a comment and also participated in this as well and for the people who also gave me some really positive and also critical feedback, constructive criticism there I really appreciate that because I’m learning as much as I can in this challenge and so as Pat as well. So I want to let you know I’m not an expert in any of these. If you ask me anything about outsourcing, I’ll be able to tell you all about it and automation but when it comes down to setting up niche websites, and building them and getting them to do the market research and so forth I’m not the best at it. That’s why I’m doing this challenge because I want to learn and also be able to share this with you, my ups and downs.
So what I want to share with you today is to give you an overview of where I’m at, at the moment and also to inform you that I have had to change my niche because the niche that I’ve chosen isn’t viable and I want to also tell you why it’s not viable as well then go through the steps. After that, I’ll show you how I came about the next niche as well. So let’s just jump straight into my Google search engine window on my Internet Explorer first and I want to show you what happened here.
Firstly, I chose baby predictions based on the top 10 results that I was provided for my virtual assistant and after reviewing it and doing a little bit more keyword research into it, I realized that firstly, there’s too much competition and secondly, I based my predictions or all my search on exact keyword terms and I’ll give you an example what I mean by that. Currently I’ve typed in Baby Predictions here and what you’ll see here it’ll return about 1.79 million results which is a lot of results. But this is what we’ve called a broad term search here and that means that anything that has baby predictions inside its website or so forth, it’ll come up. But what I did was I tried to narrow it down, and I’ve put in quotation marks around it and I clicked search there and that came up with 11,100 results which was good in many ways because it was less than the criteria I was looking at which was under 30,000 competing websites but the problem was that not many people type in quotation marks baby predictions. That was the mistake I made there.
Second thing as well I want to share with you the competition as I said. So let me just take my Market Samurai screen for you and I’ll show you right here, we’ve plugged in straight into Market Samurai and it showed me exactly where the competition lies. And, originally when I did a search based just on baby predictions as the keyword term and have it in quotation marks, it basically brought a PR between 0 to about 2 so it’s an average of 0.7 something which was not accurate because not many people search on that term. Now when I did it on a broad search, it brought back these results which was quite competitive — like 4, 3, 4, 4, 4, 3…and once you get above those, it becomes extremely, extremely high. And, I wish I had actually run these figures through earlier just to make sure but this is why I’m learning and also realizing that this was a big mistake. For the big takeaway lesson on this is to make sure that you are doing a research based on the broad match term or broad keyword and also to make sure that when you check the competition, there is not too much competition there. So that’s a big mistake I think a lot of people make when they’re going to starting a niche market and obviously I’ve shown you what I’ve done wrong as well. So hopefully you can see not to go down that path.
All right so what I want to jump into now is before I go into, if you don’t have Market Samurai, I highly, highly recommend getting a copy of it because it will speed up your time to do the researches that I’ve been able to do and I’ll show you right now. And if you want to get it, you can just get a trial free copy, simply click on the link that I’ll be presenting right below here as well and you’ll be able to download Market Samurai for free through a trial period. So what I’m going to do right now is I’m going to show you exactly how I came about to find my next niche market which will show you exactly what happened. All right, so rather than just saying look you know, I don’t want to go to that market anymore, I just thought I’ll jump back into the 10 hot market researches that we’ve previously done and my virtual assistant came out with all these niches that we’ve potentially gone into based on Clickbank results. And, the first one I just went okay, I’ll just take raw food detox and raw food detox was something that I’ve just punched straight into Market Samurai. So let’s take this and I’ll show you exactly what I did in Market Samurai and I’ll show you how I came about this final result which I’ll let you take judgment whether or not this is a good market to jump into.
All right, I’ve jumped into Market Samurai and I punched in the keyword term niche that I want to look into called raw food detox and after doing a simple generic keyword term search just to see what other key terms or keywords can come up, it brought up with all these results down below. All right, now I’ve got a certain specific criteria here and I followed the things that The Challenge which is held by Ed Dale and his team that’s held every year, I’ve just taken his criteria and plugged them straight into here. And, the first thing I wanted to just mention is the SEO Traffic. They said that you have to have a minimum or should have a minimum of 80 searches per day, so I’ll punch that in and then Phrase-to-Broad match ratio, they said at least a minimum of 15%. That basically means that whatever key terms are to find inside say for example searches, if you have a long term keyword if say raw food detox is located in raw food detox headquarters or shop or whatever, it will make sure that it’s got no more than 15% match. All right so I’ve punched that in and I’ll click Refresh Filters. And what happened is that there’s all these results that’s just been filtered and showing right here. And once I’ve done that, I’ll usually just sort it by searches over here and you’ll see that obviously there’s a lot of big searches but what’s most important is to eliminate the competition. So I’ve done the Analyze Keywords and checked out to find out whether or not these keywords have all these competition. Now, what I’ll do is also too you need to look at having a maximum of 30,000 competing websites and that’s the criteria that I just went by on The Challenge and it is very, very powerful to actually mind that down and I’ve showed you previously my mistake on what I didn’t look out for. So I’ll click Refresh Filters here. And, you’ll see right here SEOC which anything below 30,000 has popped up and obviously you can see the results were dramatically reduced. Now, what I did was when I went through this, I basically just opened up each and everyone of these just went through step by step systematically just to check what kind of competition there was. And, interestingly enough, I came across 3 Day Detox diet or 3 Day Detox keywords and I basically just run a SEO Competition on this and guess what, PR came out to be quite nice. It was actually all lower than the two’s and the three’s. I’ll switch a few of things off just so that it doesn’t confuse you. Let me just close this…okay, it’s a lot easier to see. In this matrix here, you can see a lot of green which means the greens are actually a very, very good thing means there’s not much competition in certain areas.
And the most important thing is for me when I look at this is PR whether or not there’s any competing websites with any PR above 4 say 3 or 4. Once you get 3 or 4, it’s very difficult to compete. But as you can see in the 3 day detox keywords, you got 1, 1, 2, 2…etc and as you can see these words here, or these PR websites are not very, very highly ranked which means this is a good niche to jump into and there’s a high potential for me to get my website ranked up high. Furthermore, not many have very high backlinks as you can see here, probably 178 which one little article blitz I could probably blit it more than that in a few goes. Furthermore, a lot of them don’t have any targeted URL and Description header of all these in it. So as you can see, it makes it all easy in here.
Now in The Challenge when I was just reviewing, they just said you should have at least a minimum of two green lines completely across. If you’ve got two green lines, it means it’s going to be a market that’s viable and it’s a market that you’re going to be able to hopefully are competing. So basically I’ve decided 3 Day Detox has enough search, has enough or not much competition and also seems to be quite a market that is going to be people are buying particular products in. The other way for me to know is obviously when I offer those products to see if they convert.
So that’s basically what I’ve decided it’s I’ve decided to be doing a bit more research. I changed the market, the niche into 3 Day Detox and I’ve purchased the domain. Now we’re getting the articles written up and then soon we’re going to have market onto the Internet so that we can get into Google and start ranking as well.

This is just to clarify with you, showing you and seeing…of sharing with you exactly what’s happened and how I’ve gone about to find another market that’s a lot more viable for our challenge.

Over the weekend I attended Dale Beaumont’s Profile Profits seminar and I learnt a lot in just a few hours. This was the first time for me to meet Dale and I was very excited because I wanted to learn from the “Master” of getting free publicity and writing a best selling book. So I thought, why not share with you what I learnt and how it can help you increase your online profile and presence for your business and yourself. Dale recommends publishing a book, so I share with you some of that inside the video:

Hi it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. Today, I want to share with you what I did over the weekend. Over the weekend, I attended a little seminar held by Dale Beaumont called Profile Profits and Dale Baeumont is a very, very successful…he’s one of the best-selling authors all across Australia within the business category section for his Secrets Exposed series. And his Secrets Exposed series have just traveled across the world particularly in Australia where he’s interviewed numerous successful experts from property, all the way to male entrepreneurs, to female entrepreneurs, anything that you can think of.
And, from those books a lot of people have been inspired to take their own journey to be successful in whatever they do. So what I wanted to learn from Dale, the reason why I attended this event on the weekend was to learn how he was able to market his books and to be able to get his profile up there very, very quickly. If you don’t know Dale, you don’t know his little story, you should probably hop onto his site at DaleBeaumont.com.au and he will share with you everything inside there. But, just a very short story is that Dale used a lot of public…or press releases and also publicity to be able to get a lot of free marketing you can per se to get his book out in the market and also generate a lot of sales.
So in the whole seminar that day, he shared with us how he did that and also how he created a best-selling book as well. So in today’s video, I want to share with you the three top things that I learnt just from going to the seminar and what things I’m going to take away as well and implement into my business. Potentially if you’re looking to do a best-selling book, you can do this as well. Okay so the three top things that I learnt from the seminar was, the first thing was to actually to think about what type of market you’re going to be targeting in and you want to write a book that’s going to be targeting to a particular market.
I see a lot of people just go in there and potentially write a book to be able to get a profile and become an author but they don’t realize what kind of market they’re targeting at and Dale went quite a lot in detail about how to go about researching and looking online. And, a lot of people nowadays don’t realize the power of using just simple Google to be able to generate some results and get a survey done. What Dale talked about was to get a ad say through Google Adwords. Get people click on that ad and jump over to a survey landing page and through that survey landing page, ask them exactly what they want, what they want to learn about. And that’s how he was able to generate a lot of results basically from the market finding out what the market wanted and put this other book together. So that’s something that I learnt really, really it’s important to survey your market.
And I know I’ve done that for my program, for MassOutsource.com and successfully been able to coach and train the students because my students want to learn those things. So I basically gave them all the information, I have my brain and just tapped it inside the Mass Outsource Mastermind course, so that’s the first point I learnt from that.
The second point is if you want to be a best-selling author, you don’t want to just release one book, we’re talking about releasing series of books and the most important thing about releasing series of books is that people, once they read your first book, maybe interested in buying another book, but it’s not about that but it’s about continuity of actually the books. That’s the stumbling block for me so I’m not perfect. So he talked about dumping down on piece of paper say five different books that you’re going to create. Potentially 5 books to start off with because you’re going to think about writing a series of books. And the importance to doing that is not many people are able to think about writing 300-400 page book in one time and you don’t want to overwhelm the person reading the book. Apparently, the most successful ones, the most successful books were really, really short ones they go for about 40 to 60 pages. If you’ve heard of The 1-Minute Manager, Who Moved My Cheese?, all written by Spencer Johnson they’re very, very successful books as they’re very short but there are also a series of books as well. So I thought series of books and Dale’s written 15 of these so you can obviously see why he’s successful.
Then the last and final point that I learnt in my…from my whole time being there was to look at the printing process or the publishing process. He’s talked about publishing it yourself instead of getting a…book company to be able to publish it for you. And, it’s not just because of the cost wise but also too you have a lot more control and also you can obviously get a lot more profit margin. Say for example instead of receiving say 90% of the profits when you publish the book yourself, you may only receive about 10-30% of the profits and it’s a substantial margin when you’re looking at turning over quite a number of books.
Dale has successfully sold over 200,000 of his books across the market. So you can imagine if you had sold 200,000 of these books to about $30 each, you can imagine what the profit margin would be compared to say doing and getting someone else to print the books for you.
So I think those are the three things that I learned over a whole day and I really, really had a great time with Dale. I went up and have a chat with him as well, and shook his hand and also just introduced myself. And, Dale if you’re watching you’re watching this as well, I hope that we can catch up as well for another video and do something else together too.

Potentially down the track, I’m looking to do something like that just to increase my profile and to also get exposure because by having a book out there, it can also be a lead generator for your backend stuff which will talk about a lot on this side as well.

So, hopefully what we do will provide you some really, really good value on everything that we do.
All right, so as I said I’ve brought probably what I wanted to share with you today exactly how I go about searching for a niche market and also what market I’ve chosen as well so that way you can see what’s going on. I did have a little bit of a headstart in front of Pat on Monday. Pat was telling me he hadn’t started until probably Tuesday or Wednesday to choose his market where I already had chosen that, or actually my team had chosen that for me and done the research already on Monday so I was up and ready to go. At the moment, I’m currently getting the articles currently produced and we’re getting the website completed. It’s almost finished in its development stage but I’ll show you that in another tutorial.
What I want to share with you today is exactly how I went about or how we went about looking for market in the niche topic that we’ve chosen. So let’s start first. The first thing we’ve done is…we’ll go through and actually look at how we go about it. First thing is we go through and go to Clickbank to find a particular product and that particular product will help us determine whether or not we can go into that market. I know that there’s usually different ways to go about searching your niche market. You can choose it based on your passions, you can choose it based on what things you don’t like, something similar to what Pat’s done. What we’ve done is we’ve just gone directly on Clickbank and just looked at different topics that are available there and decided based on those topics which ones we’re interested in going to and we’ll jump into those.
I can also share with you as well, we based our strategy a little bit very similar to Adam Short’s Niche Profit Classroom so as it’s very simple and his strategy’s quite simple as well, so we’ve just taken that on board and start to implement it as well. All right so the first thing is go to Clickbank and simply click on Marketplace over here. What I usually do is once we’ve gone in the Marketplace, I’ll click on the Advanced Search here too. Once I’ve clicked into Advanced Search, what you’ll find is there’s going to be a lot more categories and also a lot more detail fields you can fill in. The reason why I don’t just jump straight into the Marketplace to find a product straightaway is because I want to filter it straightaway so I don’t have to go through all those products because there are thousands and millions of products inside Clickbank.
I don’t usually type in the keyword, not that I need to but the most important thing is to determine the Category that I want to go into and there are few categories here which makes it very easy. The category that we chose and jumped into was Parenting and Families because the virtual assistants, my virtual assistants are actually very interested in that topic so I said just choose the topic that you’re interested in and basically go from there. So we’ve chosen Parenting and Families and then make sure we also choose a Gravity. We chose a gravity that was greater than 7. The reason why we’ve chosen gravity greater than 7 is because it goes to show that our product is actually selling and affiliates are selling products. Anything above 7 means that the product is going to sell and you don’t want to go for anything less than 7. Zero basically means that the product doesn’t sell and just sits there and no one else is promoting it so anything above 7 is great.
So we’ll click Search and then from here onwards, you’ll be populated with few products that are available in Clickbank and showing right here now there are 13 products in the Parenting that have gravity greater than 7. So I’ll just scroll down…okay we didn’t choose this first product because we were not interested in talking about pregnancy but what we did choose was “Plan your baby boy or girl” which had a gravity greater than 7 which is around 31.32. From there, what we did was we took the keywords that we saw in the description and what it could be targeting and it seems like the keywords here were “baby gender planning”. All right so now that we’ve chosen the product that we want to sale which provides quite a high sale, it says here the highest payout commission here of $47/sale in $17 one-time offer which means that it’s showing it’s selling for about $30. I didn’t really say look choose the one that was highest paying but basically we chose something that was reasonable and something with a reasonable high payout is good as well and that’s how we go about choosing a product, okay. And also, choose a product that you’re interested in as well that potentially may have a market. So once we’ve chosen that, we’ll just highlight “baby gender planning” and what we do next is to jump into Google Adwords tool and you can find the Google Adwords tool directly through Google search and once you’ve gone there, you’ll be taken straight to this page. I’m still using the old Google Keyword Tool right in front of me. There is an option to use the new one but the old one I think works better and provide you the results a lot faster and quicker too. So what we’ll do is we’ll go right here, enter one keyword and phrase per line and I’ll put in baby gender planning. So I’ll click there and it’ll pop up with the list of results down below.
What we want to find is anything with Global Monthly Search Volume of 100,000 above which would be basically the terms which we’re going to be choosing from. Anything below, you don’t get very much traffic from that way, anything above 100,000 there’s potentially traffic from people searching for it. So that’s the first thing we get to do, it’s to determine which keyword that we want to optimize for and use for our domain name and also what we want to write our site will be all about. And what we found is there are “gender predictor”, “gender prediction”…one thing I just want to mention is don’t choose anything that has “free” or like a calculator or anything of that because people usually just want those things for free. Ultimately, what we want to look for are…keywords that are going to be money-making keywords and this is what I’ll talk about in short moment as well and how we chose this. So “gender prediction” is something that’s above a 100,000 and we ended up coming on this or using this particular word was because “gender prediction” had a broad keyword search of 135,000 and we’re going to be targeting at “baby predictions”. So I’ll go here and I’ll type in gender predictions. Okay so we chose baby gender predictions, so gender predictions and when we did a little bit of research with gender predictions in Google, so I’ll just copy this and jump into Google, this is the part where you’ll be finding out about a competition to see what’s going to be or how many websites are competing for this keyword term. So I’ll put this in quotations basically to see how many people searching this. So as you can see the gender predictions, it shows that there are actually 7,190 results and what I also see as well is based on these results search, I’ll go through and have a look at each individual website. And one thing I just want to mention as well is to install a plugin called SEOQuake. This plugin here allows you to determine straightaway just at a glance what the PR of each site is.
Now I understand that Pat has Market Samurai which I also do have as well. I don’t…I haven’t used Market Samurai in this instance because I wanted to actually show you the free method of how to do it without having to purchase Market Samurai. So basically what we’ve done is that we’ve done gender predictions and displayed 7,190 results. If you’ve got SEOQuake installed which is over down here, you’ll that it’s active which should bring up these little things that says here PR4, PR4, PR3, PR3, PR3, etc. Now, what I’d do is I’ll add up all these ones…okay 2, 3, 4, 3, etc and just basically add those all together and that should give you an average and that average number you go to divide it by ten or how many lists you got in there. What I found was when I added all these up, it gave a number over 3 which meant if it’s got a PR3 and above, it’s quite hard to actually to optimize for and get yourself ranked on search engine so therefore this particular term “gender predictions” is already in itself quite competitive and that’s kind of market you want to try to avoid. You want to try and find websites that have 0, 1, 2 at most and when you add them up, it should be between a figure of 0 to about 2 to 2.5 PR. Anything more than that, you’ll probably just want to keep away from. Okay, so that’s basically how we did that.
Now after testing a few more keywords which I won’t go through in this step and process exactly how we did that in detail but I’ve gone through which ones and we actually came across “baby predictions” and what you’ll see here, it came up with 2, 3, 3, 2, 0, 0, 0, n/a, n/a, 0 so it was looking good. And I’ll show you exactly what happened, this is the thing when I got my virtual assistants to do research on the markets, I asked them to come up with top 10 markets that have those results.
All right so in front of me, the one that we chose based on all these different markets that we did research on was “baby predictions” and after adding all those numbers up, it actually came up to 0.7 which was a very, very good number for the average PRs that we totaled up together. And also these were the other markets that we did research on as well — Health and Fitness, Home and Garden, etc. and out of most of them just had a good result. The reason why is because it said good here and also excellent. But basically those two markets that we could have jumped into, one was Celiac Recipes which is on Cooking, Food, Wine and Special Diet or Parenting and Families which was baby predictions and that’s how we came about searching all that and putting all that together. All right so the next thing that I want to show you right now is how we found whether or not the market is good. So I’ll jump over right now.
There’s this thing called the MoneyWord Matrix. And what it is, is all you have to do is simply just run the searches which is basically what I’ve shown you and plug in those numbers. Once you plug in those numbers, you’ll see whether or not it’s a good keyword, or excellent keyword, or fair or poor keyword. Based on the results that we’ve found, I want to show you right now. Let’s say for example “baby predictions”, it had 11,100 results and we’ll jump back to and run the keyword results, it was between 10,000-20,000 so therefore it’s in the column right there now. Then the next thing is to look at the monthly volume searches. Based on the global monthly volume searches, we got 40,500 to display so if you look at that, it’s basically the monthly volume searches was more than a thousand which is a good thing and therefore that word, or that keyword is actually good. So that’s what you want to be able to find. If you can find that kind of keyword or that kind of market, then you already got yourself a good start and that’s how we determined this here to be good. All right so what happened was we did some research and babypredictions as a domain name is not available, but we are able to get mybabypredictions.com which is available. So that’s what we’ve done it’s that we’ve chosen this one, the website’s being setup in WordPress and the next steps is to basically fill this with content and start our search engine optimization process.
All right, I hope that goes through and explains to you how I went through that process and how we determined all of the markets that who are going to get into and finally came to this one market. I should also mention too it’s that everything that has been done so far has been outsourced to my virtual assistants and my team of yeah, programmers as well so they’ve been doing this as well for me. All I’ve been doing is just making sure and overlooking whole process.

Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. In today’s video tutorial, I’m going to be answering a question from one of my subscribers and they ask me what is the best teleconferencing service or webinar service that I use.
Now, there are two of them that I recommend to use. The first one that I recommend is Calliflower and the second one is GoToWebinar. I’ll show you in this video inside exactly the two differences or the main differences between both of them.
So let’s firstly jump over to Calliflower right here. You’ll see Calliflower, it’s quite easy to spell. It’s Calliflower.com. Calliflower, I specifically use it just for teleconferencing services. It’s like as though I have a hall meeting room or lecture room where I can just hear the audio and I can hear people raise their hand and also speak to me in the teleconferencing service. I use this specifically for all the members inside my mastermind group so if I have say 50 people who are interested in attending the call and have questions to ask me, they are able to log in to the service for free using Skype and basically be able to raise their hand and ask me any question they want or be able to convert with me in a conversation.
Now, this does cost a little bit of money per month. It’s about $50 per month to be able to use this software or this tool online but it is well, well worth it because you can host up to I think 200 people inside teleconference all at one time. The beauty about this is that you can manage everyone all inside the control panel. So let me just log in just to show you what it looks like in the sample of how my solution works.
All right so if you have a look inside Calliflower, what you’ll find is that this is my Call Dashboard and whenever a meeting starts, there’s a scheduled meeting with the scheduled time. When you scroll down to the bottom here, what you’ll see is there are confirmed participants and if you come down to here where it says “Participants on the call”, when we’re on the live call, I’ll be able to see participants participating in the call. Usually, at the top of each participant’s name, it has the call button and also raise hand button. If the person has raised a hand, I’ll usually mute their line and they’ll be able to speak to me.
This is how a teleconferencing service works within my teleconferencing area and this is really powerful when you’re holding a teleconference between multiple people because people are going to be able to listen to you ]at the same time and communicate with you while you’re talking to and answering questions to your students. So that’s the software and the tool that I use to do and hold my teleconferencing services which is Calliflower.
The next one that I want to show you is GoToWebinar. GoToWebinar is slightly different to a teleconferencing service. The powerful thing about this particular tool is that it allows you to have same again, hundreds of people to be able to log in at the same time. But instead of just being in audio, you’ll actually see a visual presentation. What you could do is to be able to capture what you’re currently doing in a presentation way and be able to broadcast it out to numerous people who are on the webinar and be able to see what’s going on.
Just imagine or picture yourself in a lecture hall within a University kind of setting and you’ve got a one board or one slideshow presentation at the beginning and you’ve got someone running through that presentation and you’ll hear them talk about through their notes and presenting as well. GoToWebinar is all like that and it’s just all online. Same thing again, it doesn’t cost a little bit money to buy this but once you have this setup, this GoToWebinar is very, very powerful and it allows you to record everything that you do. Furthermore, if you’re like me as online Internet marketer, once you recorded these, you can put these webinars into product which you can sell later on down the track.
Sometimes you can sell these products anywhere between $97 up to $200, $300 per product as long as you have the right material and it’s got the right wordings.
So this is the next software that I use and it’s very, very powerful. Once again, it’s something that would be able to create and generate nice presentations for you online inside the Internet web-based setting.
All right, those are the two pieces of software that I recommend to use and this is in answer to a question from one of my subscribers and I hope that it helped you to give you a clear idea of how to go about holding teleconferences or webinars online. In my opinion, these are one of the cheapest or the most affordable solutions online for teleconferences. Hi it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. I wanted to share with you something that’s really exciting and I’m really, really pleased to be doing. Pat Flynn from Smart Passive Income and I are going to be doing a little friendly little challenge where we’re going to be putting together some niche websites and we’re going to be posting all about our little journey about creating these little niche websites. Basically, this little challenge that we’re going to be doing is we’re going to be starting from scratch, so absolutely zero, nothing. And, what we’re going to try to do is we’re going to specifically find some niche areas or niche markets and create these websites to be able to generate and monetize and make income from them, passive income that we’re talking about.
And, both Pat and I have had a little discussion behind the scene, just a chat to find out exactly what kind of guidelines and strategies we’re going to implement as well. So, what I’m going to show you right now is firstly, how are we going to implement this, what we’re going to provide for you so that you’ll see behind the scenes kind of things, and then lastly, what are the results that’s going to be as well. So the first thing is the guidelines. There’s pretty much no colons in place to be honest, there’s only one thing that we’re going to test it by — it’s that we’re not going to use advertising, paid advertising to generate traffic, anything else we’re just going to implement our strategies that we know of, on how to implement niche websites or create niche websites and profit from them. So it could be anything from starting on generating traffic from Google search engines, we could use it from generating traffic from posting ads at the University, things like that. We’re going to be as creative as possible. So basically that’s what our strategy and technical guidelines are. As long as we just put things up that are not going to require us to spend any money on paid advertising, and we’re going to generate organically and traffic free from the search engines. That’s what we’re going to be doing. So that’s the first thing.
The second thing is the strategy: how are we going to do this? And, what we’re going to do? Well, both Pat and I have slightly different strategy which if you hop onto his blog, Pat’s going to explain to you his strategy so I’ll save that for him and to find out more about it, just simply go to SmartPassiveIncome.com and you’ll see right on his blog exactly how he’s going to implement it. Whereas, I’m going to share with you my strategy right now which is the exciting part because it’s slightly different to Pat, but essentially we’re going to try to achieve the same goal which is to achieve passive income from niche marketing website. All right so, first things first. What I planned to do is that I’m going to be doing some niche research and certain markets and then from there, I’m going to be selecting some affiliate products to promote. So that’s the first aspect.
The second aspect is I’m going to go ahead and build a WordPress website and from that WordPress website, I’m going to drive plenty of traffic in that particular niche to the website. And, I’m going to build a database from this so I’m going to get them to opt-in and once they’ve opt-in, they have to go through our follow-up process where over four to five emails or so, I’ll be giving them plenty information about that particular niche. From there onwards, I’m going to promote to them the affiliate products that I’ve selected and chosen. And then hopefully by then I’ve built up relationship with them, they’ll be interested in buying.
That’s basically the whole concept and strategy behind it. How I’m going to promote and get traffic through there is something that I’m going to be testing and playing around with and I’ll share with you intermediate results and also what I’m planning to do over the next few weeks. This is going to probably happen over a period 6 to 12 months that we’re going to be doing this little challenge over and every month we’re going to provide you an update of what our results are, how much we’re earning, what kind of traffic we’re getting, our strategies, what’s working, what’s not working, etc. So that’s basically how we’re going to go and play around with this challenge.
And, at the end of this challenge which we have yet to decide what the price is, we’re going to probably also want to encourage you to follow us and keep us accountable. That’s really the reason why we want to do this little challenge is to share with you exactly what we’re doing, how we’re doing and be as transparent as possible. And, we’re going to even tell you the niche that we’re going to get into. So, this I hope would be able to benefit for you and also at the same time, we’ll make some money along the side as well so it’s a bit of fun.
All right so that’s basically what I wanted to share with you today. I’m really excited as you can probably see, and I’m going to get started very soon. One other thing that’s going to make…or biggest difference between Pat and myself is that I’m going to be using or staff to be able to implement these niche sites. So, from the start of creating a WordPress blog, to writing articles and those kind of things whereas Pat has informed me that he’s just going to do it himself. I think we’re going to see some interesting results from that and we’ll really see what happens. But I just want to give audiences like yourself, you particularly the viewer to be able to see what kind of results we can achieve with different things. You can even put that on us, it’s open for us for you to do.
