Recently I was contacted by Michelle Mayur via Twitter and she thanked me for providing her with the Mass Outsource Training Videos which were all free. She was also telling me she had already hired 3 full time virtual assistants from the Philippines since watching my videos. Therefore I wanted to also interview her and share her case study with everyone, so here’s a quick interview I did with her just this week. Enjoy.

thanks for this very interested video. What I would like to ask you is how did you make your intro-video, with the blank background?

Hi Remco,

I use Keynote in Mac to design the intros and then have it exported into ScreenFlow and Final Cut Express to add the sound. Then there’s special transitions which we add on.

Great video, always love to find out about success stories.

Anyway, I had a similar experience as Michelle too. I used your free materials to hire my first outsourcer from the Philippines. An article writer.

If you’d like, I wouldn’t mind sharing the experience with you and your readers. I owe you that much at least.

Hi Tyrone-
As a massage therapist who is looking to start organizing the assistance and training that I pass on to other holistic practitioners, this was perfect. I’m trying to decide exactly how I want to do that. I’m also refiguring how to increase my business accounts for outsourcing subcontractors for chair massage to those businesses. I’m going to rewatch and act on those videos.

Tyrone, thanks so much for the video series. I have posted an employment opportunity on Odesk. I wonder, have you tried Craigslist? I see several companies have posted employment opportunities there, but I have never tried it myself.

All I can say is I am an idiot and that is putting it mildly.
I signed up for your free stuff November 11-09.

Today I wanted to get someone to do some outsourcing so I remembered that I had signed up for your outsourcing guides.

Awesome vote of confidence. I’ll probably be using VAs for sales, SEO, and customer-content management (with sales) in the future. I have lots of Indian friends that actually use Filipinos for their outsourcing, and I’m starting to see why!
