If you are still sitting on the fence and undecided in joining my Mass Outsource Mastermind program, which you can sign up at:

You will want to check out this case study I did with one of my students as his a well known celebrity in the hair dressing industry nicknamed as “ScissorBoy”.
Before he joined my course, he was working non-stop 80 hours a week and spending $3,000+ a month just paying one of his staff. After implementing the systems I recommend inside my course his been able to cut down his hours to around 2 hours a day and have been able to hire virtual staff for around $300 – $400 a month.
His currently traveling through Europe and having the time of his life!
Watch the video interview below to hear his story:

Great post Tyrone. Success stories are absolutely needed for anybody trying to succeed on their own. Nothing better than when they are threaded with great tips, tricks, trials and recommendations. Thanks for the great content.
Hi Tyrone,
Can I ask why you are using viddler?
Surely you can afford to host your videos on your own server?
Or use Cloud hosting etc..?
Thx
Hi Fred,
I use Viddler because it’s a free service and these videos are all available to the public. I do host some videos on my own server which I pay for, but they are for members only.
If you are providing content, I would choose YouTube for distribution of videos and then if your videos are longer than 10 minutes, I would go for Viddler.
Thanks.
Great to see somebody living this kind of lifestyle. This is what I wanted to do. Travel the world with my laptop and give instructions + check on progress whenever I find a wifi spot.
wow he is one lucky hairdresser! although to be honest his business comes from an on online tv show
Great stuff – keep up the good work Tyrone!
Interesting concept. I’m wondering what I can do with this in the hospitality industry…

Hey Tyrone! Not sure how I haven’t seen this blog before – just ‘discovered’ it today – but I’ve definitley been missing out. I’m at work and unable to view your video, but will have to check back tonight. I’m supremely interested in outsourcing (once I get to that point, anyway) as I am currently working on two business projects while working two jobs. Hopefully I can break away from the 9-5 and take advantage of your info soon.
