Welcome to our very first grand opening video on this blog and I’m so excited to share with you all the new resources and information that will be coming out shortly to help you outsource. To jump start this launch, I’m going to be giving away a couple of special prizes, which you will see inside the video. Once you’ve watched the video just follow the two simple steps below to enter for your chance to win. Sounds easy? It is!
Today I’m going to share with you one special system also known as Pareto’s 80/20 principle and how it applies with the concept of outsourcing. The reason why I’m sharing this is because recently I received a question from one of my workshops asking me how would they be able to get out of the business and outsource their work and produce more results? So I thought why not show you how I apply the 80/20 principle through my outsourced team and essentially produce 80% of results from 20% of efforts which is really how I continue to leverage my time and grow my business even faster:
Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and welcome to the dedicated channel where I help you with outsourcing and automation.
Today I want to share with you something what we call the 80/20 principle and it’s the Pareto’s Law as well, too so if you have heard of the 80/20 or Pareto’s Law, it’s the same thing. The reason why I want to discuss with you about the 80/20 principle is I want to talk about how it applies to outsourcing. I had a question from one of my recent workshops and it was really interesting because I think a lot of people were struggling on what to outsource. They can’t determine how to be able to take themselves out of their business and outsource their work to the right people, and it’s very easy to say look I’m just going to hire someone and let them just take over of everything. Because as an entrepreneur, you do literally everything from handling customer support emails to all the way to – I don’t know, uploading things up onto the internet for videos and so forth. You’re kind of the hands-on person who does everything. And that’s very normal and very common for solo entrepreneurs. I’m very much aware of it because I’ve been there and I’ve been doing that as well, too in the past.
Now, taking a step out of that to actually release what you’re currently doing and to give the person that you’re outsourcing to, to do the work correctly requires a bit of thinking and it’s not as simple as just giving them all the work and say look, you do that. You need to firstly give them understanding on how it works and also understanding of what needs to be done and then setup the systems and the automation process that are involved. Now this is where the 80/20 principle comes into play and when you look at how it works, it’s actually very simple concept. Let me explain to you what the 80/20 principle is if you don’t know what it is.
The 80/20 principle is where 80% of your results comes from 20% of your efforts. Let me give you an example. Say for example, you’ve put in 20% of your time to producing 80% of your results for – okay, let’s look at an example. For example, I know that 20% of the people in the world, make about 80% of the wealth. That’s a very common thing or common phrase that goes around. Apparently, with the new age and everything that changes, about – it’s moved from about 10% of the people in the world make about 90% of the world, or wealth I should say. And it’s a very generalistic term. Don’t blame me if I’m telling you the facts. I’m just hearing these from books I’ve read and also articles I’ve read and so forth but basically that is the terminology. Now if you’re going to apply that to outsourcing, where say 20% of the things that you do within your business will generate 80% of the results. And what I mean by that is say for example, you spend 20% of your time on making money. You’re doing dollar-productive activities. Those dollar-productive activities should provide 80% of your income. If you’re making $100,000 a year for example and – 20% of that time that you spend in your business, you’re making the dollar-productive activities, that’s basically 80% results.
That’s basically a very simple understanding and concept. Hopefully I’ve explained that. I know I’ve been saying that again. But what I want to say now is looking at outsourcing. What you want to do is look at what are your activities in your business which are dollar-productive for you that you are doing right now, that is generating 80% of the results. Think about that for a moment, what are those? Once you’ve figured out what those things are, then the 80% of those things you can either eliminate, that’s the first thing or automate which is setting up the systems, or outsource. And this is what I’m talking about, those 80% of the things that you don’t need to do. Examples are email, you might not need to check your email everyday, you could get someone else to do that for you depending on what type of business you have. Cut it down, eliminate, setup these filters, setup systems so that it automatically answers them for you either. That’s 80% that’s administration tasks that doesn’t need to be done. Uploading videos; you don’t physically need to sit there and upload videos onto the internet or uploading content, posting blogs, etc. You can have a VA log into your computer and do that for you while you’re away. Those things are not making money but in the – in the essence of actually producing content for the net, you’ll need to do those things if you’re a blogger, or someone who is promoting online. So those things are essential but, you don’t need to do them yourself. The things that you may think that are dollar-productive for you are talking to clients, writing out newsletters to potential prospects on your newsletter list, subscribers for example. Those are dollar-productive. Looking for new leads for example and generating more income through sales.
So those things are dollar-productive. Things that will generate income for your business. You can focus on that or you can setup a system to be able to have that all automated for you. And that’s crucial.
If you get to a certain point where basically you don’t even need to worry about those things and you look at everything from strategic and looking at from the overview point of things, then that’s where the place you want to be is putting all the strategic concepts into place, so that, that way your team your outsourced staff can actually do all the work for you and all you have to do is sit back and collect the income but also strategically drive the business forward on where you want to go.
Hopefully that has explained to you where this 80/20 principle can apply now in outsourcing and I think it’s a very, very powerful concept if you can grasp it with your hands and just put it down and just take it, and use it in your business because once you’ve got that, you’ll see a lot of changes in your business and you get out there and just create and generate a lot more. And that’s what I’ve done in my business because I’ve just focused on that principle and I continuously generate great income from my business and also, generate a lot of great contacts and build up a lot of great friendships as well, too who eventually become clients of the business.
Okay so – I hope that you’ve enjoyed this video. If you do have any questions and you have any feedback that you want to share with me, any ideas, thoughts on what I’ve discussed about the 80/20 principle and relating to outsourcing, please feel free to leave them down just right below here and I’ll do my best to also see what I can do to help you in regards to that too. So thank you so much for watching this, my name is Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and I’ll see you inside the next video.
In today’s video, I’m going to talk about creating passive income with outsourcing. Now there are lots of ways on how to earn money online and yet obviously you’re not just investing them out there and wait for the money to come in. That’s where outsourcing takes place having a team to manage and implement your system plus create much income in the long term. That way the system you started is being leveraged and the money gets increased and reinvested while your team do all the work for you. To learn how it works, watch the video:
Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and welcome to the dedicated channel where I talk about outsourcing and automation.
In today’s video, I want to share with you on how to create passive income through the method of outsourcing. Now, we can talk about creating passive income through creating these niche websites which you set it up so that once you set it up it’ll automatically generate income. And the whole concept and the principle is very simplistic and most people I think understand how that concept works. Though, what a lot of people don’t realize is that once you setup these sites, you still need to firstly maintain them, that’s one thing and secondly if you need customer service and handling support for any products or whatever you sell on them, you still need to handle those as well, too so it’s not completely 100% automated. And this is what I want to share with you inside this video is showing you what potentially you could do so that it sets up in automated mode. And I know a lot of people have been asking me about this and also people have been a bit confused about how it all works. And two, that’s the other thing is that people are scared of actually outsourcing because the fact is that they don’t have the resources, e.g. financial support to be able to pay for these outsourcers or just haven’t found the right person to be able to handle and take over these tasks.
Now before I jump over into showing you a diagram of how it all works, I just want to give you a quick story so that you can understand how this works. Now if you know who Tim Ferriss is from the Four-Hour Work Week book that he created and has been become a worldwide phenomenal success, he uses outsourcing and has a system setup to be able to do that and he owns a company, a supplement company which distributes and sells products all across America and that’s all been outsourced and handled by his company there. In order for him to be able to do that, he also needs to have a system that’s been setup and he’s obviously developed something that can be automated. Now he’s not just dealing with websites where you just set it up, hopefully create enough content, drive traffic to it and then start making money for him. He actually has probably a drop shipping company which sends his products over to his customers and someone has to handle those customer service inquiries, has to handle dispatchment, has to handle all the things that go on behind the scenes which you don’t see from getting a product.
And this is what I’m saying is the example that I’m taking from here is that it still requires effort and you still need to hire either someone to be able to handle all these things whether or not it’ll be a website or a product that you sell. And if you’re selling an informational product online, yes there’s going to be probably a few people who’s going to ask questions and if you’re selling affiliate marketing products, it still gets sent through there. But what happens if say for example your website goes down or what happens if your website is changing over for some kind of new product or someone’s going to add new content, people are going where it is. Someone’s got mentioned advertising, etc. etc. Now that’s not really automated if you’re going to involve yourself.
So this is what I want to share with you inside this video is how to be able to go about this outsourcing process so that you can actually have your team completely generating income, whether or not be website or product that you’ve got. All right so let’s hop on and let’s take a look and let me show you what to do.
Okay, let’s start off firstly with regards to where we start. Let’s just take for example we have people working for us so let’s just have a look. I’ll just draw a little diagram of people. Let’s just say you got a team here of really happy people. I’m just going to draw these little smiley faces, I can’t the eyes in there. Anyway, these are for example your outsourced team and what they can do for you is basically create and work for you to be able to design or put together these mini websites, whether or not be niche websites or authority sites or what not. And what they’ll do is they’ll build those sites for you, they’ll submit it and get it out onto the internet for you. And once they do that for you, hopefully if they’ve followed your process and your systems step by step, what will happen is that you start to also see income coming back into these websites. So what we’re going to start seeing is money generated from the work that they put in. And, basically that money that comes into these websites can be either reinvested again into that website to continually allow to grow. And if that gets done properly and that gets done regularly, you can generate a lot more income from just one of these websites. But if you choose to go on the path that I’m showing you right now, which is to multiply what you do, so you multiply more of these websites that you have and you get people to manage them for you to submit, to get them out onto the internet and to generate more income for you, hopefully the same process that gets involved right here to make more money for you. You’ll be able to have another website and what you want to do is continually multiply these. And – you know – you don’t have to have just one team that does this. You can have multiple teams that does this. You can have – you know, multiple people in different areas or multiple people in different teams setting all these up for and continually doing it.
It just depends on where you’re at in your business. Say for example you’ve got 10 of these kind of websites and you’re doing fine with say, 3 people in your team or one person in your team helping you do this then that’s great. But if you want to take to the next level and expand to get hundred of these sites to get people expanding to manage it for you then obviously you need more of these people to help you.
So you really need to look at outsourcing because the fact is that the people that helps you right here, these people are specially going to be your investments and they will be the ones who will help you generate the income because they are doing the work for you. And yes, you will need to spend a little bit of money up front to be able to keep them going but the return that you gain from this is tremendously huge because you’re going to get a lot more income generated because there’s so much more work being done and this kind of work that’s being done is done passively. Because what’s going to happen is that the – once your systems are setup and the money just keeps coming in and you keep reinvesting it, you’re going to get more and more money and therefore money’s going to keep increasing and you’re going to have less and less work from you. And say for example you’re the one sitting out here on the board, say for example this is you one happy person that’s sitting right here and you’re just collecting all the money straight into your bank account.
But yeah – what I want to just share with you is the system is very, very important, it’s very crucial. If you get this correctly right at the beginning, and you set up the right systems to be able to create multiple of these kind of websites here that generate income and keeps flowing back and forth, you’ll start to see a flow on the phase.
And I’ll just give you a sort of simplistic diagram that I’m going to just draw right here. And – one, you have an outsourced team, and then they complete the work or build money websites for you – and three, generates income. And this is – this is, can be automated in the process. Okay, the process is very simple and you’re really doing is sitting on the sideline right here monitoring this process. So you’ve got the outsourced team doing the work for you, they’re building all these money websites and they’re generating income for you and that income comes back to you and you continue to reinvest it back in there and it just becomes a complete cycle. And obviously the money that you generated from this is going to be more income that’s going to be greater than what you first started off with. That’s basically increased income.
All right, so that’s pretty much it. That’s how this whole system can potentially work for you and to create an outsourced team to generate passive income for you.
All right well thank you so much for watching this video. My name is Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and if you do have any questions or feedback, feel free to leave them down below.
Okay, I’ll see you inside the next video and good luck with all your outsourcing and creating money niche websites as well. Thanks very much and I’ll see you soon. Bye for now.
I recently received an email from a local outsourcing company here in Australia and they said to me that I am outsourcing too cheaply and teaching people about this is hurting the outsourcers. I disagree and here’s why:
Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and welcome to the dedicated channel where I talk about outsourcing and automation. In today’s topic, this is today’s topic I’m going to share with you is that I’m going to be talking about “Is outsourcing exploiting cheap labour and hurting local small businesses?” And the reason why I raise this quesion up is because recently I received an email from a local outsourcing company here that said to me, “Hey Tyrone I think you’re really, really not doing a very good job because you’re exploiting cheaper labour than what it is than what we’re supposed to be charging here.” Apparently you know, they charge at about $1500 here locally to hire a virtual assistant for a small company whereas I can teach people how to outsource and find people for around about $300-$350 US a month and they’re charging about $1500 US about to be able to hire and outsource to these people.
Now don’t get me wrong. I’ve got no problem with that. And, it’s definitely already half the price of what costs to hire just a local executive assistant here. Like any executive assistant, you’d be looking at paying them a minimum of $3000 to $4000 a month just to have them work in your office full time and also too, do the work that you need them to do and on top of that, you’re going to add on super taxes, etc and so forth so in actual fact it’ll be more than $4000. But to hire a virtual assistant, a full time virtual assistant working for 40 hours a week locally here with an outsourcing company costs you around about $1500 and that’s included everything. You don’t have to worry about the taxes, you don’t have to worry about super annuation, you don’t have to worry about setting computer for them and so forth. And he commented that I think – he thinks that I’m really exploiting it really cheaply because to hire someone for $300 a month is really, really cheap like it’s less than a dollar or $2 an hour. And, now – I – I’m going to give you my opinion. I know that some people are really going to get really edgy with this and I know that people will just go great, you know how can I find out more Tyrone, tell me where I can find these people? So I’m going to give you my point of view and how and where I sit on it.
Now, by now if you’ve been following me for quite some time, or you know me just recently watching my videos, you know that I’m very strong with outsourcing. I very, very much recommend it. I encourage people to do it and to also integrate that within their business because you can really leverage yourself and do so much, so much more. Now – where I sit on this okay. I – in my opinion, think about outsourcing as another way to provide a job for someone else and also to be able to give them skills and also too, to give them a livelihood. The difference between hiring someone here and hiring someone overseas say in Philippines, or India or any of those other countries and particularly for me, I hire people in the Philippines, is that their economy is a very different – they have a different currency to us. And if you’re to go over there and basically live their standard living, the cost of living would be so, so much lower and therefore that’s why their wages are so much lower. But in comparison, they’re getting pretty much the same – say wages as what we would be getting here but our exchange rate exchanges so therefore it looks like it’s so much cheaper. Say somebody in the Philippines they’re getting paid 20,000Php per month just as a full time programmer. 20,000Php a month equates to roughly about $400 US a month, approximately you know, give and take. Whereas here in Australia, you’re probably looking at hiring a full time programmer for roughly about 10K a month like for a really, really serious type of programmer that I’m hiring in the Philippines. Now, 10K – $10,000 AU versus 20,000Php, 10,000 you can do a lot of things in Australia. You know – your standard living is much higher that’s why you need to be paid that much higher. And also too, $10,000 takes you quite a bit of way but after you pay your mortgages, your food, your expenses and stuff, you might only be left with maybe about 5 or 4K a month or so. So the cost of living is very high whereas in the Philippines, 20,000Php really does push them a lot further as well, too. So in terms of propotional scale and also the standard living, it’s very much relative. And that’s the reason why people just don’t understand that I’m actually doing a good thing to provide a job for people inside the Philippines and paying them that kind of rate. And, if I had to hire someone here, yes person here might not get a job here but I’m actually providing a job for someone overseas. And because we are a global economy now with internet, with easy access with social media, we can get access to resources so much like that. Basically you can contact someone and you should be able to get in contact with someone very, very instantly.
Whereas back then, to access the economies and scales, to access all those kind of resources it’ll take you days, weeks, months even just to be able to access it. So time does change and if you’re not keeping up, particularly large companies right now like large telecommunication companies, they’re outsourcing to Philippines, they’re outsourcing to India and they’re outsourcing to Russia. All those countries out there, their economies and scales are pretty much in proportion but their exchange rate makes it look like as though they’re not getting as much back. So that’s the reason in my opinion why I think it’s not a bad thing, it’s a great thing. You actually provide a job for someone else. And yes the person locally, you may lose the job but that means that they’ll have to go out and be a little bit more either a better entrepreneur to look for a job and upsell their skills and be a little bit more specific and professional because the more professional you are at a particular skill, the less demand there would be – I mean the less supply there would be of you.
You know, in the pool of people that are out there, there’s plenty of jobs here. So I would not – to be honest, be worried about losing a job. If I have to go out today to get a job as a programmer again in a specific niche or in a particlar skill set, I think I should be able to get a job very quickly just like that because I know I’ve got the skill set. But I’m not in it for that, you know I can work for a dollar and do all that. But what I’m just basically saying is that there are going to be plenty of job opportunities out there and if you’re a local employee and if you’re local small business thinking you’re going to get hurt from outsourcing, you know you get to think again because a lot of people are doing it already. And, you maybe falling behind all and I don’t want to offend anyone, that’s the thing. I don’t want to offend anyone. If your opinion is different from mine, that’s fine.Express it let me know how you feel and I would like to hear your feedback on this. But in my opinion, you need to be looking at outsourcing and in my opinion, it’s not exploitation of cheap labour. You’re getting a very, very good resource here for much lower cost because of the economy and also of the currency. And because of where we are and globalization, you’re able to access these resources much better.
So I’m just going to reiterate on what I’m saying. It’s not a bad thing, we’re not exploiting cheap labor, we’re actually getting a benefit here and also providing a benefit for other people overseas and furthermore, small businesses can benefit from this if they think they’re going to be hurt by this. If you are not starting to outsource as small business in order to be able to compete with medium to large sized companies, you’re falling behind the eightfold because I know that a lot of large companies are already doing it already. You may have heard this when you pick up the phone, it gets re-routed over to the Philippines and you’d be speaking to a Filipino. It’s very common, I’ve been hearing that myself and I’ve even had times when I said, “So which part in the Philippines are you from?” They go Manila, Cebu and you know – I’m not surprised.
So yeah, I don’t think it’s exploitation. I think it’s a great resource and in my opinion it’s the best thing that you can ever do if you want to take your business much faster. If you’re happy to hire local people, I’ve got no problem with that. You’ll obviously be paying a little bit more but if you can take your money further than just hiring one person to get a task done for you in say a week, you can probably hire 5 people of the same value overseas and get it done 5 times faster and get more done at the same time.
All right, I know I’ve sort of just talked a little bit rumbled on a little bit about there and I just want to sort of answer and also raise this up because I have had a lot of these times people just said that to me and I just want to share that with you and I want to be sort of just be open about what that person said to me because I think it’s pretty – pretty real. If you’re not real about this, you might be falling behind the eightfold.
Anyway I love to hear your comments. Just feel free to share them down below. And if you think that I’m not being fair and thinking that we’re exploiting cheap labour in the Philippines or in any other part of the world or that we’re hurting small business, voice your opinion right now and I love to see what you say as well, too because I disagree.
Anyway thanks very much for watching this. My name is Tyrone and I’ll see you inside the next video. Bye for now.
All right, one sleep to go and we’re going to celebrate the Christmas season! Before we rush off on holidays, I’ve got one final tip for you. I’d like to share with you something that is a tradition in which Filipinos do expect during this festive season – it’s getting their 13th month pay bonus. If you don’t know what this is, then I’ll be explaining it inside this video and why it’s important to you:

Hi! It’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and welcome to the dedicated channel where I help you with outsourcing, automation and lifestyle business design.
All right, it is nearing very, very close to the festive season and according to my clock, it’s only a few days away from Christmas and also to a whole new year for New Year’s Eve coming very soon. But before we do go to holidays and festivities season, I want to share with you something that I’ve been getting asked as a question recently and I thought this is very, very important to realize.
Now this is specifically targeted towards people who are outsourcing and the topic that I want to share with you is talking about the holidays for the Filipino workers inside Philippines. And if you’re outsourcing specifically from the Philippines, what you’ll find is that at the end of the year, towards end of the year you need to also consider giving a bonus to your Filipino employees or Filipino staff. And this is a very common tradition and it’s what they called the 13th month. And as the festive season comes along, if you’ve had your employee working for you for at least a minimum of 12 months, basically as a tradition you’d want to pay them a 13th month bonus.
And this 13th month bonus is what we call just an extra month of the same pay that they’re getting. Let’s just say for example they’re getting paid $400 a month. In the 13th month which say it’s December right now, you’ll pay them extra $400 as part of their packaged salary. Now that’s just a little tradition that they have inside the Philippines and it’s pretty much well-known. If you’re uncertain and you don’t know what to do, this is something that I highly, highly recommend you do.
Now a lot of people come back to me and say okay, well what happened if they haven’t been working for you for more than 12 months? Well, that’s a really good question. Say they’ve only been working for 6 months then what I would do is to prorate that and pay them 13th month bonus based on 6 months. So as I said if it’s say for $400 for the month that they’re getting paid and you’re going to pay them bonus, 6 months is basically half of the time of 12 months. So instead of paying them 400, you’ll pay them $200 as a 13th month bonus and that’s basically prorated based on how many months. And it’s something that the Filipino culture has come to expect, and it’s something that I recommend that you do follow.
And if you’ll look at it in own side and you’ll look at it as the overall picture it’s just an incentive to thank them very, very much for this festive season and also for the hard work all throughout the year. And that’s something that I’ve already done as well already. Usually you can pay at the end of December or whenever you put your funds into your virtual assistants or your staff.
So that’s just something that I just want to share with you as a little tip for anyone who’s actually hired people from the Philippines and working with people from the Philippines.
All right now before you do go, I just want to say to you, I’m going to wish you a merry, merry Christmas. These are some of the cards I’ve been buying and I’ve been sending out to some really, really close friends and some family friends and stuff like that. It’s nothing really special, it’s just a glance around the cards. But what I want to say to you before we head into festive season, I want to wish you a merry, merry Christmas and also a happy new year for 2011 and I just want you to have a really great 2011 and hopefully you’ll bear this one and furthermore a really happy and fulfilling 2011 as well.
And all I just want to say for you is stay safe, have fun and enjoy the great times ahead. So thank you very, very much. If you have any further comments, feel free to leave them right down below. And love to hear any of your feedback as well in terms of that one or any further question.
All right, my name is Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and have a safe, and merry, merry Christmas.
Recently I got asked to write a guest post by Mark Flavin from www.markflavinblog.com and if you know me by now I don’t particularly like writing. Especially long articles, so I put together this video for Mark’s topic: “Outsourcing For Traffic“. Also note there’s so many areas to traffic generation, so I’ve picked the top 3 that works for me.

Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and welcome to the dedicated channel where I help you with outsourcing, automation and lifestyle business design. I’ve got a really cool question directly from Mark and he’s just been one of the readers of my blog and he’s asked the question is can you name or give me a topic or talk about topic on how to outsource traffic, it’s a huge, huge topic.
I’m not going to be able to go through everything that go about traffic because you can talk anything from article marketing all the way to SEO and it’s a huge, huge traffic. Though what I’m going to talk about and share with you is how to outsource the 3 most important things in your business that can generate traffic. And these are the things that I personally use in my business and also my team does too so that way I can easily relate to it and I can give you examples.
Now the first thing that I outsource, number one is outsource video marketing. Video marketing is a very, very powerful way to be able to generate traffic to your website, to your blog, to any of your business out there and if you can get someone to outsource all that stuff for you, you can save an ample amount of time. Now what I’m going to refer to is basically uploading your videos, getting it out onto the video sites out there, YouTube, Viddler, Yahoo TV, Google TV, etc and basically syndicating it out all for you. And one service that I use and highly recommend is called TubeMogul.com. It’s a free service which you can just distribute as many videos out there as you want.
Now using that service can multiply the amount of spread of where your videos go. But what I usually try to focus on is build backlinks, or build links straight back to YouTube because that’s where ultimately a lot of my traffic comes from. So what I usually do is outsource people to be able to get them upload the videos for me, then market it out into the Internet basically and have all the descriptions, all the tags, all the backlinks and everything all written inside YouTube. So that’s what I highly recommend you outsource video marketing.
Second thing I outsource as well, too I can recommend to get plenty of traffic is article marketing. Article marketing is a very, very strategic way and the reason why I recommend article marketing even though a lot of people don’t use it as often as I should nowadays because people think it’s saturated, it’s something that people don’t use. And that’s the strategic way to go about doing it. Now, you can use automated generated software to spin articles and also you can use automated software to be able to submit these to directories and article directories. And that’s a great way to do it and I highly recommend it.
There’s a few pieces of software that I recommend checking out. First one is Unique Article Wizard to be able to spin your article once it’s been written and I get people to outsource, I outsource that to my team, they do that for me and also another really, really good piece of software is SEO Blog Blueprint and what that does is it will submit it to numerous high pagerank blog sites which will be able to submit your articles to and they’ll be able to link it straight back to your blog or your video, or wherever it is. So if you tie that all in and get someone to do it, you can really, really save a lot of time and generate traffic from that. So that’s article marketing.
The last thing that I outsource and I really, really emphasize this one too it’s very, very powerful is back link building or link building strategy. And if you can get that outsourced because it does take a lot of time to be able to set these things up, you’ll save a lot of time. And as you can understand, this stuff does help, it just takes a bit of time for it to build up and it doesn’t happen immediately. It takes a few weeks for these things to take effect. And what I refer to by link building is basically SEO strategies which is search engine optimization and also too, I’m referring to setting up social media bookmarketing sites which will be able to bookmark your links of your sites or your blogs onto those social media sites, e.g. Twitter, FaceBook, LinkedIn, and also all the other social media networking sites that you see out there. And I highly recommend that to be all outsourced because you get to setup the accounts, you get to send them out there and that stuff, you don’t really make any money unless you start to generate traffic from there. And that’s something that I highly recommend to outsource.
All right, so hopefully these 3 things that I’ve talked about, video marketing (outsourcing video marketing), outsourcing article marketing and outsourcing link building, those are 3 highly, highly strong areas where you can actually generate a lot of traffic back to your blog if you do it simultaneously and you have an outsourced team to do it. And that’s what I usually recommend to people to do. Okay?
So if you want anymore tips in regards to outsourcing, automation or even just traffic generation strategies, or even niche building strategies as well, too just visit my blog at Tyroneshum.com and I very, very much thank you for Mark for asking me this question and I’m really, really happy to be able to create this post.

Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and welcome to the dedicated channel where I help you with outsourcing, automation and creating the lifestyle that you desire. In today’s tutorial, I want to share with you how to outsource and schedule your internet business.
Now, a lot of people are probably wondering okay, can I outsource my scheduling meetings, can I outsource booking appointments and setting up all those kind of things. Yes, it’s possible because I’m already currently doing it. And one little piece of tool and also the person that you need is firstly RememberTheMilk and a virtual assistant. And once you’ve got that all setup, it’s actually quite easy to be able to delegate and get her to organize everything for you.
So I want to just share with you how I go about doing that. Firstly, what I have setup is I’ve got my virtual assistant who schedules all the appointments in and she’s got RememberTheMilk on her computer as well. And RememberTheMilk allows her to be able to share her details with me as well and she’s got my calendar on there. And then on my computer, I’ve also got RememberTheMilk as well, too and then when via RememberTheMilk, it’s connected directly to my calendar.
So this is what I do is I get my virtual assistant to be able to schedule in all my appointments and also book all my meetings with so forth or whoever. Like recently, I’ve had an interview with a few numerous top bloggers as well, too and they’ve just contacted my virtual assistant and through there she’s been able to schedule my time in directly for me.
Basically on my computer, I’ve got RememberTheMilk and also that linked up to my calendar and on her computer, she’s also got RememberTheMilk which is linked up online. And, once there’s a meeting that’s been booked and organized, she’ll basically put it into my calendar and just check it to make sure it doesn’t clash with anything else. And then from there I just synchronize it basically through the Internet using RememberTheMilk and my calendar and that’s how I’ve outsourced all my meetings, and scheduling of all appointments and interviews and so forth.
That will save you amount of time because you don’t have to go back and forth with the client because the client may contact you 3 or 4 times and if you have to do it yourself, obviously you’re spending a lot more time where you could be spending time doing other productive things as well.
Okay so that’s just a little quick tip on how I’ve been able to setup and schedule my appointments in our time and outsource all that to all my virtual assistants. If you’ve got any more feedback or any tips to there, feel free to leave it down below in the comments section or either Tweet it or FaceBook it.
I hope that you’ve enjoyed this little outsourcing tip for today. My name is Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and I’ll talk to you soon.

Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and welcome to the dedicated channel where I help you with outsourcing, automation and designing the lifestyle you desire. In today’s tutorial, I want to share with you how to outsource your research tasks.
Basically a lot of people have been coming back to me and saying, “Tyrone, I’m trying to setup a system where I can get my virtual assistant or my virtual staff to be able to research on certain topics and so forth…” and it’s actually quite, quite simple to do. All you really need is to make sure that you have the right system. So what I want to share with you today is how to do that and how I go about setting all this up.
Recently, I had a lot of people who had been doing a lot of work for me and getting a lot of research done for my niche selection topics. Now, what I’m talking about that is the niche duel challenge that I’m running currently with Pat Flynn. And, it requires a bit of time to go through and find the right niche markets and to find the right products that will suit what we’re currently doing for our projects. So I outsource all that research tasks and all that type of niche market selection and so forth. And to do that properly and to do that correctly is firstly I have to get them to understand exactly what I want.
I try to get all the information that I have in my head and then put it into a video or into a document so that they can know exactly step by step what to do. So the first thing I recommend you do is to create a simple video. Probably no more than 5 minutes and you can use a really good software called Jing. Or if you don’t have Jing and you don’t want to download it, it’s free, you can use Screenr.com which is also free online screen capturing software and screen capture everything that you want her to do.
So let’s just take for example, I wanted my virtual assistant to do a research task on Clickbank to find out which markets would be viable to market and promote products in a niche market which is untapped. And, it wasn’t that hard. All I had to is just get my Screenflow software on and I said look, please go here, click there, go here and basically step by step process of what she needs to do. And she needs to do 20, 30 of these kind of researched topics then obviously she knows the procedure that’s going all in there. And that’s how I go about recommending her to do research topics.
Otherwise, if she needs to do something that I think that she’s quite intuitive and if you give them the responsiblity too, I might just say look to do research topic on say this niche market, please go out and find 10 top topics that you would be interested in and also potentially writing content. This is a two-hour time frame that you have to get this completed and go ahead and do it. Now, notice how I said two hours or time frame limit. If you don’t specify that, you basically are giving them a legal limit to be able to say look, I’m going to go out there and just spend as many hours as I want. Hopefully they don’t do that but if you don’t restrict the time, it really doesn’t know how long they should be spending on a task. By forcing a time say 2 hours, 1 hour for research topic then it allows them to think okay, I’ve got to specify within say 2 hours, I have to spend 20 minutes or say 12 minutes on each topic researched and that’s it.
So that’s how I go about researching topics or researching tasks. The other thing I just want to mention as well, too is I don’t recommend sending these things via email to them because it’s very hard to keep track of what’s going on. As I’ve recommended numerous times to a lot of my students and also to a lot of my members is to use a project management system. A project management system allows you to keep track of all the things that are happening inside your project. So project management system I recommend is using ActiveCollab. And inside ActiveCollab, you can do, you can set it all up to be able to setup your projects, setup your milestones and the tickets which is basically to-do tasks. If you don’t have ActiveCollab, try BasecampHQ as well. That’s an excellent piece of project management software.
And that’s basically how you go about setting up your research tasks to your virtual assistant and just make sure that they understand what you want to do because the more that you specify and the more you’re clear about the description and the tasks that you’ve got in hand, the quicker you get it done. And that’s what I found to be very, very effective. I do a video for them, I specify exactly which links I want and also specify exactly what the tasks are in the text written. And that probably takes me at most 5 to 10 minutes to write up. Once it’s all done, it’s basically off to there. And that saves me usually 2 to 3 hours research time.
Okay, so I hope that little tip there will help you with regards to researching tasks and also how to outsource that out to your virtual assistants.
All right, if you’ve got any feedback, comments or anything that you want to share below, just feel free to leave them right below here in the comment section. Tweet about it, share it on FaceBook. Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and welcome to the dedicated channel where I help you with outsourcing, automation and also lifestyle design. In today’s tutorial, I want to share with you what I’m planning to do for the next few weeks. In the next few weeks, I’m going to be running a series of “how to outsource” type of videos and inside those videos, I’ll be talking about different topics ranging from blogging, all the way to article marketing, to Facebook marketing, and so forth. And I’ll be talking about those key things about how to outsource those things.
It’s going to be exciting topics because it’s going to be related to everything that you need to do for Internet business. And it’s very overwhelming sometimes, I know from my personal experience and also seen from members of my course that these things that you have to do on a day to day basis just to keep your business running and also to keep your blog or website, market it, requires a bit of time and effort. But the thing is, they’re all back behind the scenes and people don’t usually see those things.
So I’m going to talk to you a little bit more and share with you some of my strategies on how I go about outsourcing these tasks. All right, so without much more to say, I want to actually start with you firstly today is how to look at outsourcing FaceBook creation and also creating all the FaceBook entities and links and so forth because this is something that’s really powerful for your business but at the same time, you don’t have to do it yourself.
And, I can tell you just from my personal experience in my own business, I don’t obviously do too much with FaceBook creation and so forth. I have it all outsourced. And I don’t mean that I’m actually putting on phase to pretend as though I’m not the FaceBook user, no no. I’m actually the one still tweeting, or putting my likes or sending posts, messages onto FaceBook. But what I’ve done is I’ve streamlined the systems of where my posts from my blog go straight there automatically instead of having me to do it or the setting up of whole FaceBook thing.
So the first thing is I’ve created a tutorial which I’ll provide down below in this as well is how to create a FaceBook landing page. And for anyone who’s starting to setup a blog or a website or any business out there, it’s actually very powerful to have a FaceBook landing page. And this FaceBook landing page can help you bring and drive customers back to your own website and just a build really a readership and also a community so that people know what brand is.
By doing that also too, you can also have automatic updates sent to those people once they become a FaceBook fan. And this is what people has been talking about is creating a large FaceBook fanpage so that there’s more and more people looking at your fanpage and following you and doing, seeing what you’re doing in FaceBook. But did you know that as soon as you post an article on your blog or if you post a new video, you can actually syndicate that directly out to there and it can be all automatically done instead of having you type it in and set it up. And that’s very, very powerful because everytime you put a new post in, all your fans that are on your Facebook page can actually see what’s going on and come straight into your blog to check it out.
So to outsource that, there is tutorials that I’ve provided down below as I’ve mentioned just now. And if you just give those simple tutorials to your virtual assistants, they can go about setting up your FaceBook landing page and also setting up your FaceBook fanpage so that people can come and check out your FaceBook fanpage and that way you can also start to grow your FaceBook fanpage as well.
Also, there are other tools below that I recommend as well and just check those tools out, just simply click on them and it will allow you setup your FaceBook connections between your blog. And it depends on what kind of system you’re using. If you’re using a WordPress, these tools can be very, very powerful and easy to implement as well. And that can be easily outsourced too.
All right, so I thought I’ll just share that little thing that’s what’s happening in my business and that’s what I’ve done. And hopefully you’ll enjoy the next up and coming series that I’ll be providing so stay tune. That’d be anything to blogging, to article marketing, to press releases and everything that I’ll be teaching about how to outsource those things.
All right, that’s it for me today. If you’ve got any feedback any comments, feel free to leave them right below here. I love to hear them from you. If you want to tweet about it, feel free to do so as well.
My name is Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com and I’ll see you guys in the next episode. Have a great day. Bye for now.
