In today’s tutorial, I want to share with you a new tool that I discovered from one of the students that I met at one of my workshops called Screencast-o-matic. So I just want to give a shoutout to Jesse Forrest for recommending this from JesseForrest.com and he was just one of the students that attended my outsourcing workshop recently. So thanks very much Jesse for this awesome tool and I just want to share this with everyone else out there because it is a great tool and I’ve started using it within my own business.

Previously I’ve been using Jing, JingProject from Techsmitch which is also the creator of Camtasia and it’s a great free tool but it’s limited to only recording for 5 minutes. This tool here called Screencast-o-matic is a very, very good tool because it allows you to record up to 15 minutes so you’re not restricted to that 5-minute time limit. And everytime I ran over 5 minutes, I’ve got to create a part 2 or part 3 to my virtual assistant or whoever I’m speaking to. So this is a great one.

Furthermore, it allows you to store files online just how Screencast does, or JingProject does for you. But also too, you don’t have to install any software to be able to get this running. You can just run it straight online through any browser such as Firefox, Opera, Explorer, any of the browsers out there so it’s a great, great tool.

Now to access Screencast, and you can sign up for free account it’s free to users is Screencast-o-matic.com so Screencast-o-matic.com. I’ve been playing around with it, just using a little bit of it and it’s great. They do have a pro version and the pro version allows you to record up to an hour so if you do want to pay for pro version which is only 9bucks which – you know, if you want to get it it’s great for that to – for the whole year you’ll be able to get up to an hour of recording for any screen capture that you want to do. Plus also extra features just like no watermarks on your stuff when you put onto Youtube and so forth. But in my opinion I am happy with just the free version because I use my other screen capture software called Screenflow to do this.

All right so what I want to do is just give you a quick demo on how this whole thing works and how simple and easy it is. And it works very much like Jing, the only difference is that you can record up to 15 minutes.

So if you’ve created an account like I have here, all you have to do is just click the button that says Start Recording up here on the right. And once you click on that, it will allow you and bring up little screen which loads up this little thing here. So you can see right here I can just drag this little box and capture any part or area I want. Alternatively if you want the whole screen like I usually do, I just select the full screen option. I’ll just go Full Screen and bang, it just records full screen. If you want to pause it during a recording, just press Option P or you can just come back and just press one of these buttons. And that’s pretty much it.

All right, so I’m going to do a quick recording right now to show you how it looks like. Just hit this button right here that says Record and you’ll be able to capture the recording. So you can see it just counts down and straight into it and I’m recording right now.

So let’s just say for example I’m speaking to the virtual assistant. I might just tell him to change this heading here, copy over here, move that over there, etc. etc. And that’s just easy as that. Once you’ve captured all that, just simply press the button that says Ctrl oh sorry Option P and what will happen is that it will say that it’s paused and basically you’ve got up to 15 minutes to record. You got the option to restart it or press done. Usually if we’re finished just press done and what will happen is that it will capture everything for you right now and show you the preview of the recording. And, you can double check it to see if it’s all okay. If it’s all okay for you then you’re pretty much ready to go so as you can see it’s captured my full screen and you can see how it looks.

Now there are three different options: you can either upload it to Screencast-o-matic which is for free, and that’s their server to store all your video captures there, you can either upload to Youtube as well, or export the movie onto your computer. There’s usually those three options. It’s simple, I usually upload it to Screencast-o-matic server because – I don’t need to store it on my computer or upload it to Youtube so usually I just click on there and it’s easy as that. Now, what will happen is that it will start uploading it to Screencast-o-matic server but before it does that, it will ask you to put in your Title and Description. So Tyrone’s Test – okay. And the beautiful thing is that it will ask you as well to put in additional notes if you feel like you need to. I usually just untick all these options because I don’t want people search for it or to add comments and then just click Upload and that’s it.

Now I find that this is a little bit faster to upload onto their server compared to JingProject. Usually for JingProject, if I run mine for about say 5 minutes, go for full 5 minutes depending on the graphics, will take about 5-10 minutes to upload just one video or one screen capture. Whereas here, because it’s on the go, it’s on the server and on the computer – sorry on the net, it’s much faster to upload and as you can see it’s uploading pretty quickly right now. So in my opinion, I think like Screencast-o-matic is a much faster software to use online and there’s no hassle having to download any additional software to use it as well.

Okay, that’s it. It’s all done right there and all you have to do now is just copy the link which is right here and you can either upload, copy it or open it up. So I might just open up a new tab just to show you what it looks like, and just play it back to you so that you can see how it looks. Pretty much it’s – oh there you go. There you go, that was me. So anyway, you’ve got the option of jumping that screen out and clicking on here and separating into separate screens so you can move it anywhere that you want to have a look at it. There’s also other options down below here like Description, Info, Embedded code, Download video, etc. And there’s a lot of great things that you can do for it.

So in my opinion, Screencast-o-matic is a great software or tool online and it’s on the cloud and you won’t have to worry about where to store things because it’s all done automatically for you.

In today’s video, I want to share with you a backup service that I’ve just recently discovered and I’ve been recommending to literally everyone I’ve been speaking too so I thought let me share this with you on the blog. It’s an awesome service and the service that I’m recommending right now is called BackBlaze.com.

Now the reason why I was looking for a backup system was not because it was recently that I had a crash or failure, just touch wood it doesn’t happen, but I’m just flicking through some magazines and I was reading up on information about backups and how to do them. And I myself have also a portable hard drive that can you see right here which got about 350GB of space on it and it’s sufficient enough to be able to backup stuff that I’ve got on my computer. But what I was getting frustrated was it just takes so long to be able to do it yourself because manually you’ve got to copy all the files across. And even if I use TimeMachine on my computer, I’d still need to plug it in and also make sure that it’s been backed up.

But the problem with that is that if for example, touch wood I’ll lose that or I’ll have a fire or flood, just as recently up in Brisbane there’s been flood, I’m in Sydney but things like that, you can lose everything and that’s the worst part about it is that you don’t know when those things will happen. And for insurance sake, you either backup your stuff online or you basically backup or you send your hard drive or somewhere else out of your location where your office is.

So I decided to go along and try to find a reasonably cheap service that could do an automated backup of your whole hard drive and also back it up all online for you. And this is a service that I recommend to you to checkout it’s called BackBlaze and it’s just at BackBlaze.com.

Basically what happens is that for about $50 a year, it says here currently $5 per month but if you buy on a yearly basis it’s about 50bucks a year, you can backup literally everything that’s on your computer and it will upload all the files that you have on your computer whilst your on auto-mode or whatever you’re doing your work and you’ve got your computer on and that just continually happens. And I’ll just show an example, I’ve got BackBlaze that’s installed over here. There’s my BackBlaze preferences and you can see right here I’ve got about 36GB of data and there’s about 21GB to go.

And, it takes a little bit of time, might take up to about 2 weeks to backup everything that you have if you got a lot of data but it’s well worth it because once it’s backed up, all it does is just update those files for you. So I’m just going to open up the Preferences and just give you a quick overview.

Basically, it’s quite simple. It just shows you what’s here to backup and also too, how often it’s doing it and tells you exactly what’s been backed up right now as we speak, and there’s also options here where you can click that says Restore Options which will take you straight back into your account to be able to restore or look for any files up there. And what it does is it just does a copy of whatever you’ve got on your computer and it’s awesome because of that.

So I’d highly recommend checking out, very simple thing. It’s unlimited space and it’s only 50bucks per year and you can even get it cheaper if you buy it on two yearly basis which is I’ve done. And for 90bucks for two years, man you can’t really go wrong with that because it’s to spend that much money on a hard drive probably cost you about $200-300 and the hard drive might get used up over a period of say year or two you know, you might as well just spend it on just getting everything backed up online. So check it out, it’s a great service and I highly recommend it.

In today’s video, I want to share with you a review that I was asked to do recently and this review is on a website called HiveDesk.com.

The reason why I said all right let’s do this review for you is because HiveDesk does talk about productivity and also how to monitor your virtual staff which is really up my alley in terms of outsourcing and automation. So I thought this would be a great opportunity to share with you the pros and the cons of this particular tool or the software and I’m going to be pretty honest with this because I do want to give my honest opinion whether it’s something I recommend using or not.

So let’s just jump straight in, I want to show you HiveDesk. Simply go to HiveDesk.com which is right here and you get to sign up for a free account and I want to show you just briefly because there is the option of the free account and also there’s an option of paying for more usage. So now, the free account is actually for a maximum of one project and maximum number of workers in a project which is one and one and maximum of 15 hours loggable. In my opinion, this is probably not very much. I mean you probably get away with a very, very small business if you’re only working with one person. But the thing is that you want to be able to save more staff online.

And, the idea behind HiveDesk is it’s supposed to capture screenshots of what your virtual assistants are supposed to be doing on a day to day alley basis. So 15 hours in my opinion is not very, very much in terms of capturing at most two days or so. So that’s something that I would probably say is lacking and then from there, they charge you $15 per month to use it all the way to $50 per month depending on how many projects and also how many people you’re working on a project. All right, I thought I’ll just make that clear that something like that is not going to be free if you do have numerous projects so take that into consideration. Towards the end, I’m going to share with you some other sites that I’ve been comparing as well that I think are probably incomparable but also doesn’t cost as much as well. First thing is, I’m not too happy about the cost, that’s my honest opinion.

All right, next thing I want to jump into is to show you how this thing works. So I’ve logged in and I’ve created a brand new project and as you can see right here, I’ve only been able to use one project because this is a free account and I’ve also set this up on my computer. So the first thing you want to do is create a new project. Once you’ve created a new project, then add the extra person yourself and your virtual assistant, your programmer or whoever you are that’s using it. And then from there, you’re going to get them to install a desktop client in order to be able to track what’s going on.

So I’m opening up my desktop client right now and what happens is that as soon as you opened it all you have to do is download it and install this application, it’s as simple as that. That’s what I like, okay so it’s not hard at all. Once you’ve installed it, then the system automatically turns it on and tracks it. And, I’ll show you right up here if I open this up, it should be showing me what’s happening and tracking but obviously it’s not doing that right now. But anyway, it’s basically logged it in memory to track what’s going on and you can set it up to track whenever you need it to be. So it can be tracking every 10 minutes, every 15, every hour, etc. all right so that’s a good thing. It allows you to track and take screenshots.

Now, I’ve been doing a bit off just a test, so I’ll just jump into my project. Otherwise, it’s not very intuitive I didn’t know about that, I keep clicking the people to be able to firstly access it and then I found that ah, you get to click on your project to access the details. So once you’ve gone there, I’m coming down here and it’s showing me that it’s actually been doing a few different screenshots. I’ve got 1, 2, 3, 4 different screenshots here just showing exactly what’s happening on my screen and every 10 minutes or so it will take a snap shot for me which is fantastic. I have to admit, I like this idea of being able to take snap shots and it’s a great feature for HiveDesk. So that’s a big, big plus in my opinion and as you can see on September 13th 2010 at 3:34 it’s taken a snapshot where I’m…I’m on Skype, I’ve opened HiveDesk and here’s the little HiveDesk screen that captures everything of what you’re doing. Good thing, so that’s a positive.

Now you might be wondering okay, what else is happening here? That’s it. I have to be honest, I look at it and I go okay, so all it does it tracks what your project’s happening and gives you screenshots but it doesn’t provide anything else. And that’s why I’m a little bit disappointed with this particular piece of software is that it doesn’t allow me to manage my virtual assistant or my staff on this. It doesn’t have ticketing, it doesn’t have milestones it doesn’t have any of that. Unless I’m wrong you know, so far I can’t really cheerfully find it and that’s something that’s a bit of a downside for this HiveDesk is that they want to charge just to capture screenshots of what’s happening with your virtual assistant. Where, I know that for example Odesk does it for free and you can capture unlimited, RescueTime also does it for free and even provide you even more analytical tools. So you know, in comparison this tool is very, very basic and to charge for an amount for it, I’m not convinced that it’s worth that.

That’s my honest opinion, I know that it’s still in development stage and apparently there’s still more happening. So I’m just going to click to the front here just to show you. Apparently, you can create projects and add workers instantly, yeah I did that but you can’t even add what they need to do, how to get them to follow a ticketing system and so forth. So that’s a big, big missing point and I still have to setup my own project management system. What I would recommend and I think that would be a great thing for HiveDesk is that it should have all in one project management system e. g. like BasecampHQ which allows you to manage, track, delegate, setup tickets, milestones, etc. inside the system and furthermore take screenshots for you which would be great but this is, in my opinion lacking.

So that’s something that I would have to say is requiring a bit of revamp. Pay workers easily — I thought yeah, that sounds like a great idea just wondering whether or not it’s going to be integrated quite easily into different payment methods such as Xoom, Paypal, Western Union, etc. So those are the factors that I think are missing just from this piece of software, this tool and it still needs quite a bit of work in my opinion to get it where it is to be. I’m going to just jump over in comparison.

Odesk, for example has some really neat tools and if you check out the Odesk Team which is something really neat I think, all you need is a free account with Odesk and you can start using these tools they provide likeTeam Room which shows you who’s working, Time Tracker, log your time in the Work Diary and also snap Screen Snap, upload, share and see what they’re doing with snapshots which essentially HiveDesk wants to do only. I think you need to conside those things and if I was to get it for free from Odesk which is a massive job board and system there then I would not even consider probably using HiveDesk.com. That’s my opinion and I’m being blatantly honest to you.

Anyway, that’s my review on this. If you are to check it out, I’d recommend having a look at it but there’s still a lot of missing gaps. And just to get a feel how it is, is no problem but in terms of integrating into my system of whatever else I’m doing like project management system, using RescueTime and also paying staff, I’m pretty sure I’ve got a pretty downpack system right now but if it can be all integrated to one, into one little project management system whether I don’t have to have multiple areas to use it then I might consider it. But, I haven’t seen a tool out there that can do that all straightaway.

Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. In today’s tutorial, I’m going to be showing you Part 2 of my time saving productivity tools and in the last tutorial, I showed you three of the top tools that I use. In today’s tutorial, there are going to be two tools that I’m going to show you. Firstly the one that I’m going to show you is a to-do list, an online to-do list called RememberTheMilk and the second tool that I’m going to show you is a time tracking tool called RescueTime, showing you how productive your time is.

Okay so let’s jump into the first tool and have a look. This one that you can see here is RememberTheMilk right here. It’s a fantastic online tool and as I was saying, the idea behind these time saving productive tools is to have it all online. So that, just in case you might lose your laptop or you might lose your data on your computer, it’s already online first and it synchronizes with your computer as well. RememberTheMilk is a really neat software and it does so many great things. The main thing for this software is to keep in track a to-do list tracking yourself inside the calendar and also online. Let me just show you what are some of the things that you can do with RememberTheMilk.

Now, the first thing that I really like about it is you can schedule in and setup all your to-do lists and your tasks quite easily all online. It synchronizes with my Mac for example or it can synchronize with all these applications as you can see there. What I usually do is I show you how I can synchronize that with my iCalendar inside my Macbook Pro. Also, what I really like about just to jump over here, is that I can send my task via email. So if I don’t have access for example to the net at this point in time and I feel like I need to send an important to-do list, I’ll just send it via email to my own customized email address. It’s very easy to do. All right, that’s really the most important things that I think I use it really for. You can explore this and find out a little bit more about it in your own time as well. Let me just jump in and show you a quick demo of what I do with it.

So, I’ve jumped into my account, RememberTheMilk. For example, I’ve just got three tasks for me to do — create five new videos, speak to Chris and also meet Billy to sign documents. What I like about this is there’s also a little key here which I’ll show you in a moment about setting up your priorities right here. So the orange here means priority number 1 and the blue here means priority number 2. And also, you can skim through to have a look at all your different tasks that are going to be due. One other thing that I like about this is if you’re a paper person, you can also print this out by simply clicking the Weekly Planner and it gives you just the idea of what needs to be printed out and to be done. You can print this out and just simply tick it once it’s complete. But the idea behind all this is to have a paperless office so we want to make sure to keep it all online or on your computer.

All right, let’s jump jump in. I’ll click “Continue to Tasks”. I just want to quickly show you over here on the right, you can see priorities 1, 2 and 3 as being the keys. You can easily just type those in so if you select these for example and you use your keyboard, you can press the numbers 1, 2 or 3 on your keyboard. Say for example I want to change it to priority 2, I’ll press 2 and it’s changed to a blue. If you want priority 3, you’ll change it to light blue. But because it’s a high priority, I’ll put it as 1. It’s as easy as that. That’s how you do it. Another one that I’m going to show you is how to answer in all your tasks. Let’s say for example, I need to do a meeting today: “Complete meeting with blah.” And I hit enter. You can see it’s just automatically added over here. Over here, you just type them and select them. Over here, you select the due date. Let’s say it’s due for tomorrow, Tuesday and I can also put in the time at 5PM. And, it automatically works out when it’s due and that’s how easy it is. So you’re really like talking to a real person. I want to schedule in for Tuesday, 5PM, schedule in for Tuesday at 8PM etc. You can put in a time in them, so I might begin for an hour, 30 minutes etc. That’s it. It’s so easy to do!

Now, what I really love about this is how it can synchronize to so many things. Just in case you’re on the road and you’re not accessing your Internet straight on the road, you can synchronize it with your calendar. It can be Google Calendar, it can be iCalendar and so forth. Here, you’ve got an option to print it, to synchronize it with iCalendar and to synchronize it with iCalendar Events. For me, I synchronize it as iCalendar Events because it allows streaming with my calendar. I’ll click it right now and I’ll show you what happens. It will actually to launch the application which I’ll do right now. As you can see, this is my own calendar. It’s opened up and it’s asking me to add this to subscribe so I’ll subscribe it as being Work. We’ll put a little description in there and so forth, setup alarms, attachments to do, etc but the most important thing is just to read fresh for me every hour so it synchronizes automatically for me. I’ll click Okay. And tada, all my new tasks that I’ve put in, it’s all synchronized to my calendar even with Times, Dates and so forth. If I add anything new into RememberTheMilk, what will happen is that this will synchronize it with my iCalendar too. Also, what I usually do with my iCalendar is I can synchronize it with my iPhone which means I can take this mobile anywhere with me and that’s so handy to have. One last thing I just want to mention is that you can also use this with your virtual assistant for free. This software is for free at the moment for you and also one other person. So in my business, I use this with my virtual assistant and I simply just share it with her and what she can do is that she can be shared to see all my to-do lists and all my tasks and stuffs like that. Particularly in my interviews, and so forth, I get her to add in and check my schedule to see if I’ve got free slots to do an interview. If I do, she’ll slot it in automatically for me. Therefore, I don’t have to get in contact with the person until I do the interview. It’s really handy to have that. That’s the powerful thing about RememberTheMilk.

The next really cool piece of software that I want to show you is it tracks your productivity and your time usage. This really cool tool is called RescueTime. What it does is it tracks how much time you’re spending on certain tasks or basically on every task you’ve got. And, it’s really powerful because you can use it for yourself, just to see how you’re spending your time or you can give it to each and individual virtual staff to track their times and see what their usage is like. Let me just quickly log in and I’ll show you what is inside.

What I love about this is you can see an overview of what you’re currently doing. If you’re like me, you can see that you can compare how much time you’re spending on a certain task compared to what the average user is. Also over here, you can have a look at an overview of what things you’re currently doing. It breaks down how much you’re spending on so forth on different tasks and all that kind of stuff. It’s got goals to give you all what you’re doing and it even tells you what Activities you’re doing if you click over here. As you can see, it’s got all the details showing you what applications you’re opening and what applications you’re running which allows you to be able to be accountable to yourself and manage your time a lot better. This is a really good tool that I recommend using. It’s a free tool, you can get each individual virtual assistant to install it and use it for themselves and I highly recommend it. So today I’ve shown you two really powerful productivity and also time saving tools. The first one was RememberTheMilk and the second was RescueTime and I hope that you can take this away and implement them into your business or into your systems and get your virtual assistants to help you too as well. That way you can see how good and how productive your business is running as well.

Hi everyone, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. In today’s video tutorial, I want to show you my three top productive and time saving tools that I use in my business. And, I’ve been getting a lot of people asking me this question, “How can I save a lot of things being mobile and save it all online?” So, I thought let’s just look at really good applications that I use day to day and it helps me save everything. The reason being is just in case you lost your laptop or you might lose your data on your laptop, everything will be backed up or saved online. Therefore, allowing you to have the so-called paperless office.

For me, I try to keep everything at a minimum so that’s why I try to have all my papers and everything like notes and stuff like that I put online. All right, let’s have a look. The first thing I want to show you today is the software called Evernote which you can go to www.evernote.com and it’s a really, really neat piece of tool. It’s an online-based tool but you can also install it by from PC and also Mac, it also allows you have desktop application. The reason behind Evernote is that what happens is that anything that you want to capture either via camera, via scan document or even capturing onto from a website, you can put it all into Evernote. You’ll never ever have to write everything down as it allows you to put all online for free. So to download Evernote, all you have to do is just click on here, it says “Download now”. I’m going to show you a quick demo of how it works and how easy it is.

Let’s say for example, I want to save a little blog post on Evernote. So I’ll go to my blog. All right, let’s go straight to the bottom, say for example down here. Say for example, I’m wanting to save all these texts that are here that you can see. With Evernote, once Evernote has been installed, just open it up and go to Clip Screenshot into Evernote, and what it’ll do is it’ll ask you to drag a proportion of it and select that. So I’ll select that whole area I want to save. Once I’ve done that, I’ll click Okay. In a few seconds, you’ll have it snipped straight into Evernote and it’s all saved online. There you go, you can see right there.

So, instead of saving a whole website or whole page, you can just snip off whatever you need to be saved and you can put that all in that. We’ll just save it as PLF 3.0. Also, the great thing about this piece of software is it allows you to search in between. For example, if I was to type in Jeff Walker as a search term, Evernote knows how to search inside your notes and find exact information. Therefore, it makes it so easy to be able to find and search for data and you won’t have any lose notes lying around. So I’ll save this as well.

Let’s say for example, I want to search 4-Hour Work Week, so I’ll type it up here on the side and there you go as you can see, it comes up straight away. Anything we say Youtube on it, did you see that? Bang, it comes straight up. That’s how easy it is. I love this little piece of software because you can store lots and lots of stuff inside Evernote and therefore you won’t have to store it in a piece of paper. If you’ve got a scanner, just scan all the documents in there. Ideally, what I would use Evernote for is to scan all the documents that you don’t need to be kept in a folder anymore. Put it all in Evernote and it allows to be stored in there and then it allow you to search it through. So this is a really, really neat tool and easy to use tool that you can use everyday so check it out.

The next piece that I highly recommend and I use everyday is LastPass. LastPass is an automatic password filler for you. It’s the best application that you can find that will save all those rather than saving into spreadsheet or saving into anything else like another software, it’s just so much easy. What you’ll find is say for example if you want to add in your password to access your Gmail account, or anything that requires a log in and a password, this will automatically fill in for you. All you have to do is simply just download LastPass here. What will happen is that once it’s downloaded or installed its application right here, and once it’s installed onto your browser, it’ll help you fill in your passwords. I’ll show you how easy it is right now and I’ll log into just a sample account.

So I’m going to log right into say for example my Google account here, all I have to do is just press the Up and Down key, it allows me to scroll through all the usernames and passwords which it fits right. Once you’ve done that and you’re happy with that, all you have to do is simply click Sign in. What happens is that, it’ll automatically sign you and what happens is that it will automatically sign you in and therefore you don’t have to remember everything which is good in so many ways and also much more productive and fast. All you need is just one main password which is asked when you log in from your browser. That’s all you have to do! This is a time, productive saving tool and you just need to install this if you’re going to be keeping all your passwords and everything all saved in one location.

The next tool that I’m going to show you is called Freedom. Freedom’s an awesome little piece of software. If you’re like me who gets distracted quite easily from the Internet, I can guarantee you that this software will stop you from doing that. Freedom is a software which restricts access to your Internet browser and network access to anything and it allows you just to focus solely on the tasks that you’re doing right now. Say for example, if you need to crank out and write an article which takes you an hour, two hours to write out or less than that, Freedom blocks off any Internet access, any network access so that you don’t get distracted. And, the only way for you to access the Internet again is for you to reboot your computer. Now, it’s a bit frustrating if you’re in the middle of a task and then you have to get access to the Internet because you need to browse for something or you just want to procrastinate, then reboot is really annoying so it forces you to continue to stay productive and focus on your work.

You can have it scheduled up to anywhere up to 180 minutes or even 8 hours it says here so 480 minutes. You can download this just directly here by a Mac version and also Windows XP or Windows 7 version. Just install it onto your computer. For the trial version, it allows you to use it for up to five times, and then after that, you just have to pay for the full version which is only 10 bucks. So for something that will save your time and productivity, this is an excellent piece of software that I’ve been using myself as well to stop me from hopping onto the Internet and just focus on what I need to do. This is great for writing articles or great for doing anything that you need to focus your productivity on.

So, give it a go. These are the three top tools that I recommend to give it a trial out because these things really, really help increase the productivity in my business.
