Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. In today’s tutorial, I’m going to be showing you Part 2 of my time saving productivity tools and in the last tutorial, I showed you three of the top tools that I use. In today’s tutorial, there are going to be two tools that I’m going to show you. Firstly the one that I’m going to show you is a to-do list, an online to-do list called RememberTheMilk and the second tool that I’m going to show you is a time tracking tool called RescueTime, showing you how productive your time is.
Okay so let’s jump into the first tool and have a look. This one that you can see here is RememberTheMilk right here. It’s a fantastic online tool and as I was saying, the idea behind these time saving productive tools is to have it all online. So that, just in case you might lose your laptop or you might lose your data on your computer, it’s already online first and it synchronizes with your computer as well. RememberTheMilk is a really neat software and it does so many great things. The main thing for this software is to keep in track a to-do list tracking yourself inside the calendar and also online. Let me just show you what are some of the things that you can do with RememberTheMilk.
Now, the first thing that I really like about it is you can schedule in and setup all your to-do lists and your tasks quite easily all online. It synchronizes with my Mac for example or it can synchronize with all these applications as you can see there. What I usually do is I show you how I can synchronize that with my iCalendar inside my Macbook Pro. Also, what I really like about just to jump over here, is that I can send my task via email. So if I don’t have access for example to the net at this point in time and I feel like I need to send an important to-do list, I’ll just send it via email to my own customized email address. It’s very easy to do. All right, that’s really the most important things that I think I use it really for. You can explore this and find out a little bit more about it in your own time as well. Let me just jump in and show you a quick demo of what I do with it.
So, I’ve jumped into my account, RememberTheMilk. For example, I’ve just got three tasks for me to do — create five new videos, speak to Chris and also meet Billy to sign documents. What I like about this is there’s also a little key here which I’ll show you in a moment about setting up your priorities right here. So the orange here means priority number 1 and the blue here means priority number 2. And also, you can skim through to have a look at all your different tasks that are going to be due. One other thing that I like about this is if you’re a paper person, you can also print this out by simply clicking the Weekly Planner and it gives you just the idea of what needs to be printed out and to be done. You can print this out and just simply tick it once it’s complete. But the idea behind all this is to have a paperless office so we want to make sure to keep it all online or on your computer.
All right, let’s jump jump in. I’ll click “Continue to Tasks”. I just want to quickly show you over here on the right, you can see priorities 1, 2 and 3 as being the keys. You can easily just type those in so if you select these for example and you use your keyboard, you can press the numbers 1, 2 or 3 on your keyboard. Say for example I want to change it to priority 2, I’ll press 2 and it’s changed to a blue. If you want priority 3, you’ll change it to light blue. But because it’s a high priority, I’ll put it as 1. It’s as easy as that. That’s how you do it. Another one that I’m going to show you is how to answer in all your tasks. Let’s say for example, I need to do a meeting today: “Complete meeting with blah.” And I hit enter. You can see it’s just automatically added over here. Over here, you just type them and select them. Over here, you select the due date. Let’s say it’s due for tomorrow, Tuesday and I can also put in the time at 5PM. And, it automatically works out when it’s due and that’s how easy it is. So you’re really like talking to a real person. I want to schedule in for Tuesday, 5PM, schedule in for Tuesday at 8PM etc. You can put in a time in them, so I might begin for an hour, 30 minutes etc. That’s it. It’s so easy to do!
Now, what I really love about this is how it can synchronize to so many things. Just in case you’re on the road and you’re not accessing your Internet straight on the road, you can synchronize it with your calendar. It can be Google Calendar, it can be iCalendar and so forth. Here, you’ve got an option to print it, to synchronize it with iCalendar and to synchronize it with iCalendar Events. For me, I synchronize it as iCalendar Events because it allows streaming with my calendar. I’ll click it right now and I’ll show you what happens. It will actually to launch the application which I’ll do right now. As you can see, this is my own calendar. It’s opened up and it’s asking me to add this to subscribe so I’ll subscribe it as being Work. We’ll put a little description in there and so forth, setup alarms, attachments to do, etc but the most important thing is just to read fresh for me every hour so it synchronizes automatically for me. I’ll click Okay. And tada, all my new tasks that I’ve put in, it’s all synchronized to my calendar even with Times, Dates and so forth. If I add anything new into RememberTheMilk, what will happen is that this will synchronize it with my iCalendar too. Also, what I usually do with my iCalendar is I can synchronize it with my iPhone which means I can take this mobile anywhere with me and that’s so handy to have. One last thing I just want to mention is that you can also use this with your virtual assistant for free. This software is for free at the moment for you and also one other person. So in my business, I use this with my virtual assistant and I simply just share it with her and what she can do is that she can be shared to see all my to-do lists and all my tasks and stuffs like that. Particularly in my interviews, and so forth, I get her to add in and check my schedule to see if I’ve got free slots to do an interview. If I do, she’ll slot it in automatically for me. Therefore, I don’t have to get in contact with the person until I do the interview. It’s really handy to have that. That’s the powerful thing about RememberTheMilk.
The next really cool piece of software that I want to show you is it tracks your productivity and your time usage. This really cool tool is called RescueTime. What it does is it tracks how much time you’re spending on certain tasks or basically on every task you’ve got. And, it’s really powerful because you can use it for yourself, just to see how you’re spending your time or you can give it to each and individual virtual staff to track their times and see what their usage is like. Let me just quickly log in and I’ll show you what is inside.
What I love about this is you can see an overview of what you’re currently doing. If you’re like me, you can see that you can compare how much time you’re spending on a certain task compared to what the average user is. Also over here, you can have a look at an overview of what things you’re currently doing. It breaks down how much you’re spending on so forth on different tasks and all that kind of stuff. It’s got goals to give you all what you’re doing and it even tells you what Activities you’re doing if you click over here. As you can see, it’s got all the details showing you what applications you’re opening and what applications you’re running which allows you to be able to be accountable to yourself and manage your time a lot better. This is a really good tool that I recommend using. It’s a free tool, you can get each individual virtual assistant to install it and use it for themselves and I highly recommend it. So today I’ve shown you two really powerful productivity and also time saving tools. The first one was RememberTheMilk and the second was RescueTime and I hope that you can take this away and implement them into your business or into your systems and get your virtual assistants to help you too as well. That way you can see how good and how productive your business is running as well.
All right, that’s it for today. If you have any comments, feedback or like to leave any suggestions from this video and you’ll see that there’s anything that can be improved on here, I love to hear your feedback. Simply leave it down below the comments section or you can shoot me an email if you want or send it to the Asknreply Ticket Helpdesk system as well. So I’d love you to share this with people, put it on FaceBook, Twitter and so forth and hopefully you’ll be able to give me some feedback as well. Well, it’s Tyrone Shum from Tyroneshum.com today. Hi everyone, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. In today’s video tutorial, I want to show you my three top productive and time saving tools that I use in my business. And, I’ve been getting a lot of people asking me this question, “How can I save a lot of things being mobile and save it all online?” So, I thought let’s just look at really good applications that I use day to day and it helps me save everything. The reason being is just in case you lost your laptop or you might lose your data on your laptop, everything will be backed up or saved online. Therefore, allowing you to have the so-called paperless office.
For me, I try to keep everything at a minimum so that’s why I try to have all my papers and everything like notes and stuff like that I put online. All right, let’s have a look. The first thing I want to show you today is the software called Evernote which you can go to www.evernote.com and it’s a really, really neat piece of tool. It’s an online-based tool but you can also install it by from PC and also Mac, it also allows you have desktop application. The reason behind Evernote is that what happens is that anything that you want to capture either via camera, via scan document or even capturing onto from a website, you can put it all into Evernote. You’ll never ever have to write everything down as it allows you to put all online for free. So to download Evernote, all you have to do is just click on here, it says “Download now”. I’m going to show you a quick demo of how it works and how easy it is.
Let’s say for example, I want to save a little blog post on Evernote. So I’ll go to my blog. All right, let’s go straight to the bottom, say for example down here. Say for example, I’m wanting to save all these texts that are here that you can see. With Evernote, once Evernote has been installed, just open it up and go to Clip Screenshot into Evernote, and what it’ll do is it’ll ask you to drag a proportion of it and select that. So I’ll select that whole area I want to save. Once I’ve done that, I’ll click Okay. In a few seconds, you’ll have it snipped straight into Evernote and it’s all saved online. There you go, you can see right there.
So, instead of saving a whole website or whole page, you can just snip off whatever you need to be saved and you can put that all in that. We’ll just save it as PLF 3.0. Also, the great thing about this piece of software is it allows you to search in between. For example, if I was to type in Jeff Walker as a search term, Evernote knows how to search inside your notes and find exact information. Therefore, it makes it so easy to be able to find and search for data and you won’t have any lose notes lying around. So I’ll save this as well.
Let’s say for example, I want to search 4-Hour Work Week, so I’ll type it up here on the side and there you go as you can see, it comes up straight away. Anything we say Youtube on it, did you see that? Bang, it comes straight up. That’s how easy it is. I love this little piece of software because you can store lots and lots of stuff inside Evernote and therefore you won’t have to store it in a piece of paper. If you’ve got a scanner, just scan all the documents in there. Ideally, what I would use Evernote for is to scan all the documents that you don’t need to be kept in a folder anymore. Put it all in Evernote and it allows to be stored in there and then it allow you to search it through. So this is a really, really neat tool and easy to use tool that you can use everyday so check it out.
The next piece that I highly recommend and I use everyday is LastPass. LastPass is an automatic password filler for you. It’s the best application that you can find that will save all those rather than saving into spreadsheet or saving into anything else like another software, it’s just so much easy. What you’ll find is say for example if you want to add in your password to access your Gmail account, or anything that requires a log in and a password, this will automatically fill in for you. All you have to do is simply just download LastPass here. What will happen is that once it’s downloaded or installed its application right here, and once it’s installed onto your browser, it’ll help you fill in your passwords. I’ll show you how easy it is right now and I’ll log into just a sample account.
So I’m going to log right into say for example my Google account here, all I have to do is just press the Up and Down key, it allows me to scroll through all the usernames and passwords which it fits right. Once you’ve done that and you’re happy with that, all you have to do is simply click Sign in. What happens is that, it’ll automatically sign you and what happens is that it will automatically sign you in and therefore you don’t have to remember everything which is good in so many ways and also much more productive and fast. All you need is just one main password which is asked when you log in from your browser. That’s all you have to do! This is a time, productive saving tool and you just need to install this if you’re going to be keeping all your passwords and everything all saved in one location.
The next tool that I’m going to show you is called Freedom. Freedom’s an awesome little piece of software. If you’re like me who gets distracted quite easily from the Internet, I can guarantee you that this software will stop you from doing that. Freedom is a software which restricts access to your Internet browser and network access to anything and it allows you just to focus solely on the tasks that you’re doing right now. Say for example, if you need to crank out and write an article which takes you an hour, two hours to write out or less than that, Freedom blocks off any Internet access, any network access so that you don’t get distracted. And, the only way for you to access the Internet again is for you to reboot your computer. Now, it’s a bit frustrating if you’re in the middle of a task and then you have to get access to the Internet because you need to browse for something or you just want to procrastinate, then reboot is really annoying so it forces you to continue to stay productive and focus on your work.
You can have it scheduled up to anywhere up to 180 minutes or even 8 hours it says here so 480 minutes. You can download this just directly here by a Mac version and also Windows XP or Windows 7 version. Just install it onto your computer. For the trial version, it allows you to use it for up to five times, and then after that, you just have to pay for the full version which is only 10 bucks. So for something that will save your time and productivity, this is an excellent piece of software that I’ve been using myself as well to stop me from hopping onto the Internet and just focus on what I need to do. This is great for writing articles or great for doing anything that you need to focus your productivity on.
So, give it a go. These are the three top tools that I recommend to give it a trial out because these things really, really help increase the productivity in my business. Watch for the next video, I’ll be showing you more tools that I’ve got that will help you increase and also save your time as well. Hopefully, you’ve liked these tools that I’ve recommended. These are just so far the top three that I’ve got here. If you’ve got any comments, feedback or you like to tweet about this or put it on FaceBook, feel free to do so. Love to hear any of your feedback and comments and yeah, talk to you guys soon. It’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. Have a great day and see you in the next video!

Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. In today’s video, I want to share with you three powerful tips that can help you drive traffic from FaceBook to your website and how to be able to get network with a lot of people to get targeted traffic. I know that FaceBook has been extremely popular site to go on to be able to find prospects, leads and new friends. In my experience, I’ve been using FaceBook more recently more relatively as part of my social media strategy campaign. I use besides FaceBook I also have Twitter, Digg, YouTube, other videos and all those kinds of things.
But today’s focus is going to be talking specifically about FaceBook. Let me go through now the three tips I’m going to give you in terms of how to be able to drive traffic and build up your FaceBook profile. If you haven’t created a FaceBook Fanpage, I highly recommend doing this. A FaceBook Fanpage is not a profile of yourself. You may have your own individual profile where you share with your family, friends and so forth but your Fanpage is completely different page which is designed just for your business or for anything that you’re going to be marketing. If you haven’t set one up, set it up right now because it’s very crucial. I’ve created already a video which you can watch to be able to do that. If you want to create a FaceBook Fanpage, just go to the video that I’ve created on teaching how to create a successful FaceBook Fanpage which is another link right below here as well.
Now once you’ve created the FaceBook Fanpage, the next thing you need to do is to check out FaceBook Groups. The FaceBook Groups is a powerful community which you can go and check out. It’s just a lot of different communities in there within the groups. Those communities are talking about vast range of topics. No matter what topic you’re thinking or targeting your business in, I’m pretty sure FaceBook Groups should have it in there. If it isn’t, then I recommend starting one because you can potentially create a niche within that. I’ll give you an example.
The niche market that I focus on and promoting is Outsourcing niche. What I usually do is I jump into FaceBook Groups and type in outsourcing and most likely if there’s an outsourcing group in there, I’ll go in there and meet and network with different people just to help people inside that group. That way, you can find lots and lots of new leads to be able to help you with growing your business. So that’s the next tip I recommend you do.
The third and final point that I recommend you do is to network with top bloggers or top people in your industry or niche. What do I mean by that? What I recommend you do is network with people who already succeed in that niche field. If you’re a niche that is quite small but you already have people who are dominating it, it’s very easy for you to rise the topic with them because you can easily peek back on what they’re doing. Let’s say for example you’re in a niche of Blogging. There are lots of bloggers out there. There are people like Darren Rowse, John Chow, Yaro Starak, all those people. If you want to get into that niche where you want to teach people on how to blog or network on how to blog, what I recommend you do is to get in contact with these people and become friends with them. Don’t contact them just to be able to promote your products soon. What I highly recommend you do is to build up a strong relationship with them simply by networking with them.
The technique that I’ve used very often is contacting them by asking if they like to do an interview with me. After that interview, I’ll promote it to my database or my list of subscribers. That’s a very powerful technique that I highly recommend that you can do. If you want to be able to build relationship with them and help them with what they do, simply give back first before receiving back. That’s something that I think a lot of people go the wrong way is you need to give this by helping others before you can receive back. I know that in the long term, you’ll get more benefit that way.
Those are the three powerful main techniques that I recommend in FaceBook and that’s what I focus on doing with my strategy. If you want to find out more about exactly how I go about doing it, check out my FaceBook Fanpage at Tyroneshum.com/facebook. You’ll see there how I go about doing that. Otherwise, there’s a lot more information on my blog at Tyroneshum.com.You’ll be able to get lots of stories there on how to go through step by step in doing these.
I hope that you enjoyed these last few tips that I’ve given you. If you’ve got any feedback, comments, I’d love to hear it from you. Simply just leave them right below this video and I’d love anything good, bad, anything that you want to learn. Simply leave it right down below.
I’d love if you tweet this, and also put it on FaceBook and I’d love to see you in the next video so stay tuned. My name is Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. Have a great day and I’ll catch you soon!
In a recent post I shared with you on how to create a successful FaceBook Fan Page, I received feedback from you asking me how I created my own personalised username for my FaceBook FanPage.
As you can see I use: http://www.tyroneshum.com/facebook instead of FaceBook’s very long URL: http://www.facebook.com/pages/tyroneshum/404011903412, which makes it easy for anyone to remember and to promote my FanPage and to link it across the internet. To replicate exactly what I did you can create a simple redirect to your FaceBook FanPage. Otherwise watch the video below to see how to create a customized FaceBook username such as http://www.facebook.com/tyroneshum/
Inside this video I show you step by step on how to create a personalised username in FaceBook. Check out the video now:

Hi, it’s Tyrone from Tyroneshum.com. In today’s video, I want to show you how to create your own unique username in FaceBook. I’ve had a few people have asked me about this sending me emails saying Tyrone, how did you get Facebook.com/tyroneshum? That’s actually a very simple thing to do. What I want to do is I want to jump into my screen capture software to show you exactly inside FaceBook where to go.
For me it was actually quite hard to find originally because I was thinking this shouldn’t be that hard to do, it should be in Settings in FaceBook or somewhere else. But it’s not, it’s inside a specific link which you need to go to. Let me go to my screen capture right now and I’ll show you exactly how easy it is. To find is not easy but to set it up is the easiest thing. Let’s go to my screen capture software.
So I jumped into FaceBook right now. The first thing to do is to log into your account. Once you’ve logged in, there are two ways to go about changing your username. The first one is to type it in at the top here and simply hit Enter. What will happen is it’ll ask you to firstly verify your account. Once you’ve verified by getting them to send a text message to your mobile then you can start to proceed updating your username. I’ll go ahead and do that right now and I’ll come back to show you how to set it up.
After verifying the mobile, I’ll jump straight back to Facebook.com/username. Because I’ve also already chosen a username, I can only do this once at most, it doesn’t anymore allow me to change it to anything else. But basically once you go through this screen, just follow step by step instructions that show you exactly what to choose. Make sure you choose a good username that you’ll never forget. Once you’ve done that, it becomes basically Facebook.com/tyroneshum and that’s basically my username.
The other thing I want to mention as well is if you do have Pages like I’ve got a Fanpage, what you can do is set a username there as well. You click on Set a username for Pages; choose the Pages that you want to set then basically type in the username that you want for that. This is what I’ve come up with: Facebook.com/tyroneshumfans. That’s basically my username for my Fanpage. That’s how you go about changing your username and the most important thing is make sure you choose the right one because once you’ve put it in, you cannot change it anymore.
All right, this is it! This is how you change your FaceBook username. If you haven’t done it, I highly recommend you do it because it’s easier to remember and easy to direct yourself straight to your page. If you’ve got any comments, and if you have any feedback that you want to leave, just leave it down my posts anytime and I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to tweet this, put on FaceBook, do anything you like. Share it around, share the love! It’s Tyrone Shum here from Tyroneshum.com. I’ll see you in the next video then.
So I thought I’d share with you how I created this and how simple it is for you to do for yourself. Also, you can use this for shortening very long affiliate links and to also track how many clicks you are receiving from them. I’ve discovered two simple ways of creating redirects which I’ve included in this video for you:

Creating a FaceBook FanPage only takes a few minutes. The trick is to create a compelling Fanpage which will be successful in building a community for your brand.
Why a FaceBook Fanpage?
Fan pages were designed for celebrities, bands, businesses, and public figures to promote their brands to the public. Unlike a personal Facebook account where youre limited to 5,000 friends, there are no limits or restrictions to the number of fans or followers you can have with a fan page.
When you build up a fan base and people are interacting on your page, this will automatically drive more traffic back to your blog or site and dramatically increase your visibility within Facebook Not only that, but fan pages can also get ranked in the search engines, so this is definitely something you want to take action on!
I’ve created a step by step training video for you below where I teach you how to create your fan page and how to optimize it with different applications.

Hi, Tyrone Shum here. Thanks very much for watching this video. Today, I’m going to share with you on how to create successful FaceBook Fanpage which is going to be crucial in helping you drive traffic to your blog and also helping you grow your community. So let’s firstly start off and let me show you how to create a FaceBook Fanpage.
The first thing you want to do is if you haven’t created a FaceBook account, I highly recommend doing that and all you have to do is just go to FaceBook.com and just simply sign up to get an account. Now, the reason why I’m recommending to get a FaceBook Fanpage today is because after say you reach about 5,000 friends you’ll be limited in what you can do to be able to promote to or keep in contact with all your friends and with the FaceBook Fanpage, you can have unlimited fans or unlimited people following you and also communicating with you so you can imagine the power of having a Fanpage.
Let’s go through firstly and I’ll show you exactly what to do step by step on how to create Fanpage. First thing I’ve done is I’ve logged into my FaceBook front page account and as you can see this is my personal profile page. What you want to do is at the bottom here that says “Ads and Pages” simply click on that. Now you go in to be able to create a FaceBook Fanpage and to do that, what you see here is up here it says “Create Page, New Page or Delete Page”. What we want to do is firstly create a page.
To create a page, all you have to do is select either one of three options. You’ve got here Local Business, Brand or product or Artist or band. Depending on what you’re doing, if you’re a business then I recommend creating a local business and if you select on that, there’s a few options that you can choose from and depending on what business or which area or category you are simply select that. In my circumstance or in my situation here, I’ve created personal branding for my own name so I selected Artist or band. And you can select any of these depending on what you are, I’m just basically either a public figure or just a writer. I’ve chosen in the past being a writer.
And then just give yourself a Page name. Simply just type in the name of the page. In my case, it’s my full name and then simply just click on “I’m the official representative…” now once you’ve created that, all you have to do is click on this button that says “Create official page”. All right once that’s done, it’ll take you straight back into your page which I’ll show you right now.
All right, I’m back here now on my FaceBook Fanpage. This is my own Fanpage that I have here. And, there’s a lot of things you can do to improve it. The most important thing I recommend you do is make sure you do have a good profile picture of yourself or your brand of your company. And it’s easily changeable, all you have to do is just simply click on this link here and click “Change picture” and you can upload a picture, choose from album or edit from now, whatever you choose to do it. But just make sure that your profile picture that you put up here represents your company or yourself. Then, what I recommend doing is putting your detailed description on what your company does or what you do on the Fanpage, just put in a lot more details rather than saying just who this is. Just give them some information so that whoever wants to read comes to your blog can see all this stuff.
All right once you’ve done that, what I recommend as well too is to try put little bit more information. So you probably want to put your info page here and give exact details, links back to your blog, links back to your other websites that you have and so forth. Now the next thing I recommend doing as well is to put some photos up. People want to know who you are, find out a little bit more about yourself and I’ve put some photos of who I’ve met with in the past like Darren Rowse, Gary V, and so forth and Yaro Starak.
All right, once you’ve done that, the next thing I recommend doing is to put in a few different applications. For example links to YouTube, Twitter and also Posterous blog posts and so forth. There’s some really neat piece of software or tool that I use to set this up and you don’t have to do it by setting it up yourself. All you have to do is simply go to this website called Involver which I’ll open up right now for you. It’s called Involver.com and you can see it right here. What it does is it allows you to add maximum of two applications into your FaceBook Fanpage if you sign up for free account. If you decide that you want to add more applications, you can do that and just pay a monthly fee to be able to access that. But all I recommend doing is adding the most two important things that you need which is YouTube and Twitter. Which as you can see if I jump back to my FaceBook Fanpage, I’ve got YouTube and Twitter and they’re probably the most important links that you want to have feeding straight into your FaceBook Fanpage. So we’ll just jump back straight in there.
To sign up an account, simply click “Start here” and it’s a simple three-step process: learn about the apps, choose the apps and then decide which feature is suitable for you. And as I’ve mentioned, I recommend signing up again Twitter account and also the YouTube account and as long as you have those two already setup like the YouTube account and Twitter account, all you have to do is add in the details here and Involver will do the rest for you. So I’ll let you do that anytime you want and it’s very, very easy to do.
Now, one last thing I want to do is just talk about more details about creating yourself a specific link so that anyone who wants to access your FaceBook Fanpage will be able to easily find it. What happens is that originally, the link that you get on your FaceBook Fanpage is something like FaceBook.com/pages/numbers-yourname which is extremely, extremely hard to remember. And I don’t easily recommend using that to send out to people because what will happen is that people will forget that. What I recommend you do is to create a specific link, customized domain name for your FaceBook Fanpage or you can have a basically directory that’s been redirected here. For me, I’ve got a specific link that goes directly to the FaceBook Fanpage which is Tyroneshum.com/FaceBook. And anyone can remember that if I just send it out via email or send it out to anyone in my contacts, and I’ll ask them to visit my Fanpage, all they have to do is type in Tyroneshum.com/FaceBook and you’ll be able to access my FaceBook Fanpage anytime.
Okay so that’s pretty much how you go about doing that and setting up the FaceBook Fanpage. It’s important that you create a community and to interact with as many people as you can because this ultimately will help you basically build up a community so that people will be interested in what you’re doing and also you could be what other people are doing. It’s a great way to social network with people in both the business world and also in personal world as well, too.
So what I like to invite you to do now is to come onto my FaceBook Fanpage and check it out and find out a little bit more information about me, love to build a community with you and also connecting with you and keeping in contact with what you’re doing and also check out your FaceBook Fanpage. All you have to do is to become a fan on my page, just simply visit Tyroneshum.com/FaceBook and you’ll be taken straight to this page here and just become a fan on my page simply by clicking this button here that says “Like”.
Once you click on that, you become a fan on my page and be able to keep in contact with me, keep in contact with what’s happening in my community and also basically communicating with me and ask me any questions. If you’ve got questions about Internet Marketing, anything about outsourcing, anything about business, simply ask me or just go to General Feedback or Questions, just send it over to me as well, too. I love to be able to keep in contact with you as well and see what’s happening in your world as well.
So thanks very much for checking out this video and also I hope that you’ve gained a lot of information on being able to create your FaceBook Fanpage and hope to see you in the next video.
So that’s it for me today, my name is Tyrone Shum and I’ll see you in the next video.

Landing pages are usually the first point of contact a visitor reaches. On average you have between 5 – 7 seconds to capture a visitors attention and if they can’t find what they want, they move onto the next website. This is why it is very crucial to be aware of what visitors are looking for. Let’s firstly establish what landing pages are and how they affect your ecommerce business. Then we will look at 5 effective ways to improve your landing pages and lastly you have to test and monitor your results.
What Are Landing Pages?
Copyblogger has a great description of what a landing page is:
A landing page is any page on a website where traffic is sent specifically to prompt a certain action or result. Think of a golf course… a landing page is the putting green that you drive the ball (prospect) to. Once on the green, the goal is to get the ball into the hole. Likewise, the goal of the copy and design of a landing page is to get the prospect to take your desired action.
So where does the landing page fit into your ecommerce store? If you are either doing some form of advertising and driving a campaign to a particular product, then your product page would become your landing page. Alternatively if you have optimised your ecommerce website and getting traffic from search engines then either the front page of your store or some product in your store becomes a landing page. No matter where the traffic comes from, our goal is to make sure each page in your ecommerce store is effective for a visitor to either:
Leave their details for us to followup with them. (Via a newsletter or contact page)
A call to action to purchase a product from your store.
Let’s take a look at a few effective ways to improve your landing pages..
