Tyrone, thanks a lot for a great interview. I think you are a very down to earth guy and I can completely understand where you are coming from in your interview and on your site.

What I get most out of your message is the key is to be working on your business not in your business. Additionally, outsourcing to the Philippines is great help to their economy. I have been down there before and trust me their economy can use the help. Actually, I am going again on March 18th for a small vacation. Let me know if you need anything done.

In terms of my business I am in midst of so much frustration right now. My web guy is good but he has tones of other projects so my website is pretty much on the bottom of the pack. It makes me crazy waiting around for him. I know that is one lesson to be learned right there.

Therefore, I am so hyped to get going on hiring someone from the Philippines. However, I don't wanna get lost tripping over myself in emails, where did I put this file or that file, etc... So, the first thing I want to do is buy the a project management system - Active Collaboration. Then I am planning on using your training videos for my staff, as you said why reinvent the wheel. I watched your videos at massoutsource.com, they are awesome.

By the way, I am from Canada and I have been an English teacher in Asia for the last 12 years. I am currently teaching in Osaka, Japan at a university. I am currently on 12 weeks vacation, so lots of time to try to get my business up and running. I agree with you in your interview about the rise of internet experts and content eventually become free. As I said, I am a teacher so would love to niche myself as a expert/trainer and join the game...

On a final note in terms of books, Tim Ferriss's '4 Hour Workweek' is a good book for inspiration and mindset. However, once you get past that and you need more info. related to outsourcing and systems specifically, I would highly recommend: E-myth by Micheal E. Gerber. It basically talks about get running your business like MacDonald's, which is what I can see in a lot of what you preach, Tyrone.

Anyway, just thought I would join the conversation. Once again Tyrone, thanks so much for leading the way. Look forward to more info. on your membership site and spreading the word for you...

Hi Marcia,

Yes my Massoutsource program does offer a system on how to make money as well. There are training videos inside where you can just give to your virtual staff to manage and use.

Thanks.

Hello
Thank you so much for all the resources you have provided. Thank you!
Does your program also offer a "system' or how we can actually make money, and not just how to outsource? What do you think about nanobloggers?
Thanks

An 'I don't know, tell me, too' answer is something you can get in trouble for (it's against the community guidelines). Not trying to bully you into deleting your answer, but letting you know.

Most of the time they go with steel for cost, schedule, or construction speed. You also tend to have formwork costs with concrete.

Thanks for this case study about your dragonboating business. Outsourcing work is one of the smartest moves a company can make, especially early on. You may not be able to invest in an office, but you can still pay people to work for your from home. These people will work for very reasonable rates, allowing you to concentrate on more important matters.

Hi Gordon,

Thanks again. What you wrote in the comment was really touching and I am very honoured to be there to help you. Could I ask if I could use this as a testimonial in my marketing materials?

As for the gravatar, no rush.. it took me a few weeks before finding a photo that looked good.. :)

Hi Tyrone, Your invitation to "Speak your mind" was all I needed to put pen to paper, or rather fingers to keyboard; and I'm also excited about working with you.

As for getting a gravatar, I'll ask Marie, my wife, to take my photo and, if humanly possible with the aid of Photoshop, make me appear acceptably presentable.

Following my experience with Adam Short's and Alen Sultanic's Niche Profit Classroom, I found it hard to trust internet marketers. (My email requests to cancel my membership were ignored until Gideon Shalwick intervened on my behalf. Short then emailed me that I wouldn't be billed again. Nonetheless, I was billed again, and Short ignored my subsequent email. Finally, my bank intervened and I obtained a refund. A lesson learned, I hope.)

So, why did I just join Tyrone's program?

Because his free stuff is so good, he's touchingly self-deprecating and (like Gideon) he presents as a person you can trust.

My business tag line is "The art of eco-friendly gardens", as I'm passionate about designing, or rather writing about designing, beautiful gardens in harmony with nature. My strengths are concept design, ecology and local/regional plant knowledge, (an unusual trifecta among landscape designers).

But I'm lousy at delegating work and I'm struggling to manage my business. I now look forward to learning more from Tyrone about how I can outsource effectively, allowing me to spend more time on research, writing, public speaking and photography.

So, thank you Tyrone, and thank you to Gideon for recommending him.
