If you’re looking for people to work for you full time, I recommend sourcing people from these two websites which I recommend in the video. There’s also tips on how to start getting the resumes that you need and get the work done.

Hi Tyrone Shum, from Tyroneshum.com. I keep getting a lot of questions from people asking me where I find really good virtual staff. A lot of people ask why not Elance, Scriptlance, or any of those. Well, the reason why I don’t choose those sites is because a lot of them are contractors that are actually going to apply and trying to get work there. Now, if you’re look for people, very high quality people to work for you full time and to get really good rates, I recommend sourcing people directly from the Philippines. What I’ve done very successfully is to be able to find people at a job website called Bestjobs.ph.
Bestjobs.ph is not a website that is accessible by anyone around the world. What happened is that Bestjobs.ph has restricted access to people only in the Philippines so in order to be able to get access to that website, you’ll need to have an account that is registered inside the Philippines and also, it has to be a registered account with a Filipino. Now, what I’ve done is because my virtual staff works inside the Philippines, I’m able to get access through their account so that we can share that through. If you’re a member of Mass Outsource Mastermind, you already have access to Bestjobs.ph and we stream all the resumes directly through so you can use it.
But if you want to just get access without joining Mass Outsource Mastermind program, I can give you access for a monthly fee if you choose to use it. All you have to do is simply click on the link right below here to be able to get access to Bestjobs.ph website and I’ll give you instructions on what to do with that. Basically, that’s just one website that you can find highly qualified people to get work done for you.
Second one that I recommend for you is oDesk.com. oDesk.com is really good website that I’ve been able to target only people from the Philippines to find great, high quality full time workers that work for me. So those are the two websites and oDesk as well is free so the only thing is you’ll be trying to get through all the clutter or trying to get through to find contractors to be able to do work for you. That’s why I recommend trying out Bestjobs.ph or trying to find a direct website inside the Philippines that hosts or has lots of resumes directly from Filipinos.

It’s nice to hear there’s been several people recommending to get virtual help from the Philippines. They deserve it. And It’s good that the country is getting noticed online, it’s a relatively new industry there but it’s thriving as we speak.. Although it’s not at all impossible to find someone that’s essentially a VA from hell, chances are high you’ll find somebody that will meet your needs — and at a lower cost.
In the Massoutsource videos, your recommendation included onlinejobs.ph. Has that changed?
I hired 2 from onlinejobs.ph and was thinking of paying via Xoom.com and found out that the paypal option is no longer available plus payment via credit and debit cards must be US-issued. I thought of using my ANZ ones, you see.
Yes, I still recommend Onlinejobs.ph. Though payment methods have changed since then and I will be looking to renew those videos. I currently only use Paypal to pay virtual staff as Xoom has restricted access to people outside of the US.
The best way to pay via Paypal is to use the MASS PAY option. I’ll be creating a video on this shortly.
