Customer Support
On many occasions I had to contact them to ask about how to fix up certain things in the backend for my website and everytime I have been given excellent service from their customer support team. No wonder they are able to support that many websites.

Price Value
They offer unlimited space, unlimited bandwidth at $4.95 per month currently (as of January 2009). To make it clear, they monitor the CPU usage and do not allow very big sites to host on the server, to compensate for the unlimited space and bandwidth offered. Still, with all the features they offer, HostMonster is one of the best choices in my opinion for hosting.
