@Boxing bags, your best bet is probably just googling for list of do follow forums, and then… just going about it manually, I don’t think there is any real trick to it.

Very good info in this post man. Who said bloggers don’t read back content. I found this post to be very helpful and have really just started experimenting with growing traffic through do follow and backlinks via forums myself. Interesting enough, i’ve created a light squeeze page and when clicked from a forum link, ends up converting at a high percentage. Thanks for the additional number of links for other quality forums.

You don’t really need such list, they are also getting outdated quickly as many forums and blogs start to add nofollow, when they find that their own rank drop as a result of spammers adding irrelevant links or similar.
