I am new to Itunes and even newer to podcasts. I subscribed to a free podcast (the Couch 2 5k running podcast) and the only one that is showing up in my podcast list is the “week 9″ podcast. How can I download the very first installment?

Article marketing is really a great way to promote our blog or products, as I just earned $80 from clickbank and I used article marketing to promote the product in article directory such as EzineArticles. That’s great to play with and it’s really interesting to see the result.
