I’ve had this a couple of times and not just on podcasts. Only way I’ve sorted the problem is to reinstall iTunes or just manually delete the file from your hard-drive.

some podcasts are just free things kind of like youtube vids people do for funn.i dont no if you can put them on your ipod though.look at the main menu and see if it says podcasts.

You can set iTunes to automatically sync the latest podcasts by clicking on the ipod icon and going to the podcast menu. Once they are synced unplug, and enjoy. They’ll be waiting for you in the podcast section, on your ipod.

It depends – do you mean downloading one or making one?
If you download podcasts in iTunes, they’re free. Making your own could cost money, depending on equipment/software/hosting/etc.

Thank you very much. I totally agree with you, changing the mindset is all within your mind. Once you are able to control this and then take action in the direction you want to go, everything else falls into place. I’m sure you know what I mean as you’ve done this many times in your business.

Yet another great interview. Very inspirational. I listened to it yesterday but didn’t get a chance to come here until now.

Changing your mindset is definitely the first step and if your mindset is in the right place, then everything else just falls into place. It takes a lot of work and “taking action”, but it all begins in the mind.
