Jim
Hi, Tyrone:
Thank you very much for the videos and the e-book.
It almost seems to good to be true. You nowhere mention taxes, for example. If you are paying someone, say, $400 monthly, who pays the taxes on that income? If it’s the person receiving it, how much of it (roughly) goes towards taxes?
I’ll probably sign up later today for the coaching program.
All the best, Dennis
Hi Dennis,
Thanks for your comment. That is an excellent question and it’s been one that I’m going to write a blog post about. Many people have asked me about this.. so stay tuned.
Quick and short answer – the person you hire pays the taxes in their own country. You basically treat the amount you pay them as an expense in your business. Though I recommend you seek advice from an accountant about this, as I’m not qualified to give you the specifics.
Thanks and hope to see you in the coaching program.
Hi Dennis,
Here’s a post recently wrote to answer your question about tax: http://www.internetbusinesspath.com/outsourcing/how-to-handle-tax-when-outsourcing-overseas
Congrats on launching this report. I’m sure it will do quite well. You are doing a great job stressing the importance of outsourcing through your blog. It is just a matter of time before an internet marketer discovers how much more they can accomplish with the help of outsourcing.
Tyrone,
Sorry I figured it out after going back and reading the email. Wording that part a little differently might be a clearer explanation.
Thanks for the resource.
I did that but when I try and login it says the login and password are incorrect.
Hey Tyrone,
Massoutsource is an excellent resource. I am actually one of your fellow Yaro BM and MM students. I’ve already started outsourcing various bits and pieces and your report and videos just really pull everything together. This will be a massive help to those that waste alot of time on technical stuff that could be better suited for running their business / blog online. These guys that you outsource are so much more professional in getting the work done properly.
Again, thanks again for your Free videos as those really opened my eyes to how much more i need to learn about outsourcing to various professionals.

Hi Anthony,
Thanks for your comment. I appreciate your feedback and support and will do my best to provide the best value possible.
Good to see you’re doing well with your blog too!
Excellent videos and report. Thank you for providing content, not fluff. I learned a lot.
Hello Tyrone,
I enjoyed your report and would like to follow up on your suggestions. However, I was unable to use your login to gain access to the job site that you recommend in your ebook.
I also tried to create a new account on the website and was refused. It appears that they are blocking US users from creating accounts.
Please investigate this and let us US users know how to get access to all the resources in your report.
Thank you,
Phil
Hi Phil,
Thanks for your comment. Great to see that you’ve been able to apply the information. In regards to the job website I recommended in the book, you will need to find the first email I sent you when you subscribed. There are instructions on how to access the bestjobs.ph database via my account. Let me know if you still can’t find it?
Thanks.
Hi Tyrone,
I had previously written a comment before but here it goes. I have enjoyed your information and is extremely valuable for us the newbies.
Thanks you for releasing your personal search engine.
I will certainly stay in touch
Hey, you were dead on about Elance. That’s why I STOPPED using them.
Thanks for posting these videos! You rock Tyrone, and the database was also a big help. Currently sorting through the list..
I have one person who already lives in the Philippenes who has helped me a whole lot in the past year who I met through MySpace believe it or not, and she does an AWESOME job. Love her to death! lol
I have hired freelancers from India before, and a lot of them really suck (no offence to my Indian friends, tough love)…
Your report hit every key point… lol
I will definitely recommend my local buddies to your site.
Best Regards,
Michael
Hey Tyrone,
I notice I haven’t read your Ecommerce Explosion ebook report you offer to above. I’ll take a look at that as I just saw the video you have accompanying it, and you mention what I asked about above.
Thanks, your sites look great – clean and well laid out.
Eric (again)
Tyrone,
I have gobbled up all your content here, and I’ve learned so much. I’m relatively new to internet marketing, and don’t make to much more per month than what you recommend paying the outsource staff. But I’m growing month by month.
I guess what I learned more than anything – especially after reading John Jonas’ section in the report – is that I don’t really have a business. I understand the fundamentals of marketing, yes, but a business? No.
Any advice on this aspect of things? I think I’m having difficulty identifying markets and specific niches within a market? Any resources or places to steer me?
Eric Walker
Hi Eric,
Thanks for your awesome comments. I’m glad you’ve been able to take away this information and start to see greater opportunities.
For any newbie I usually start to look within my own area of expertise and interests to see where I am good at. Then I try to provide value to the market that way. Otherwise trying to search for markets that I’m unfamiliar with makes it quite a long and lengthy process. Start with what you are good at. e.g. my skills lie in video presentations and outsourcing, so I combined them together to create these training videos.
If you want personal coaching from me, I would recommend checking out my mastermind program which opens on the 17th November at http://www.massoutsource.com/signup
I hope this helps, and good luck!
Tyrone the report is great but it keeps telling me the login and password for http://www.bestjobs.ph is incorrect. Can you give me an update. Anyone else having problems or is it just me.
Hi Aaron,
Thanks for your comment. When you subscribed to download the report, inside the newsletter you will find instructions on how to access the bestjobs database via my account. Just check the first email that was sent to you.
Thanks.
Hello
Thank you for the free report and videos. I have heard about about outsourcing but never knew where to start. Thanks again, I appreciate all your hard work and free information.
Kathy G RN
I’ve watched your videos this morning and they are great. I’ve downloaded the report and am about to start reading it. Thanks!
Tyrone: great information…..just what I’ve been looking for
Thanks
James
You’re welcome James.
Hy Tyrone,
I read your Outsourcing Report (it was great, well done!), and immediately took action, I sent about 15 e-mails to people from your resume search database.
Thanks very much (even for just reading this), and again good job with your MassOutsource website!!
Hey Tyrone, you really did an awesome job putting all this together.
Definitely it will help lots of online marketers.
Outsourcing jobs overseas is becoming very popular in American companies.
Thanks for the comment!
I do hope that this report will provide lots of value and people will implement the ideas talked about.
Hi Tyrone.
Just want to thank you for your help. As a result I’ve confidently looked at resumes, drawn up a short list of eight people (who say they can do what I need help with) and just now have emailed eight people on a short list using your template. Thanks.
I’m intending to pay the 13th month of salary (Thankyou President Marcos!) but am suddenly uncertain on how that is calculated.
Am I right in thinking that if I negotiate a monthly wage of US$250 then I pay $500 on the 12th month? ie the salary of US$3000 becomes a salary of US$3250.
Thanks,
Len
Hi Len,
That’s absolutely right! You can arrange with your staff other options as well instead of paying a wage.
See how that goes and let me know?
Thanks.
Thanks Tyrone,
Really great report and very useful.
Chris
Hi Tyrone,
Thank you very much for the fantastic report on “Outsourcing”.
Cheers~
