		<description>I really enjoyed reading this, I agree that in order not to run the company you need to find someone to work for you that could replace you. One job I worked at they would hire managers but they didn&#039;t trust the managers when they should of. And them being there and angry because they would handle everything just made everything worse. Now I have this new job where I can help companies.</description>

It&#039;s all about building a relationship with the person you are going to be working with and if their previous experience and work is of high quality, then you will want to hire them. Obviously you can&#039;t do everything yourself!</description>
