Steve McKnight

Steve McKnight is one of Australia’s leading positive cashflow experts and a very successful Internet business owner. He is a trained Chartered Accountant who is highly sought-after to speak at business and property investing events. In 2003 he wrote the book From 0 to 130 Properties in 3.5 Years – a No.1 bestseller in the non-fiction book list. Furthermore, he continued to write two more books that has continued to sell thousands of copies.

I interviewed Steve because I wanted to find out how he created a successful Internet business called PropertyInvesting.com, which also has one of the most active forums on the Internet. Steve’s story is not a rags-to-riches story…

rather it was a matter of him being unhappy with his chosen career and, after a stress related health scare, finding the courage to try something new. His chosen outcome was to seek to invest in a way that would generate enough cashflow to replace his salary income, yet finding the right investing approach to deliver this outcome proved tricky.

In this interview you will learn..

  • How Steve built a list of 70,000+ subscribers in his PropertyInvesting.com business
  • The power of tapping into other people’s network that will help you leverage your time
  • Steve’s top 3 tips to building a successful Internet business
  • How important it is to segregate your list
  • To focus on creating a solution to help others achieve what they want rather than your own outcome

Steve is an excellent mentor and continues to provide valuable advice to the property investing community. He is one person I admire who will show you how to succeed from the heart.

  1. Very interesting interview. Steve’s obviously a good speaker, and your tone is friendly and sincere. However, there’s room for improvement with the structure of your introduction and interview. Will you be interviewing Steve again? His story about investing in US property would be of interest.

    • Hey Warren,

Thanks so much for your feedback. I really appreciate it. I know Steve pretty well and I can call him up to speak with him again and ask about the stuff on US Property later on. Though his not focused on that market from what I know.

Also I’d definitely take up that offer on improving my interviews. After I complete my launch next week I’ll be in contact.

      Thanks.
