  3. [..YouTube..] Hi,

I generate my income from a few different sources:
    1. Web development of ecommerce websites from clients, I have two major contracts
    2. Affiliate commissions from products I promote to my list of subscribers
    3. One on one consulting and coaching
    4. Through Mass Outsource Mastermind coaching program (membership site)

    I currently also don’t make consistently $10K a month. Though I’m nearly there…

I will be changing this title as well. :)

  8. Thanks again Tyronne,
Of all the emails that I subscribe to, I believe that you have the greatest content. I will also say that you are probably the most genuine of all the trainers.
    Thanks for being you.

  9. Great video Tyrone,

I think the autoresponder is one of the most under appreciated tool that anybody has. It saves a lot of time and almost puts everything on autopilot.

  10. Hi
You site is broken in Google Chrome Check it out the optin goes nuts at the top!

Thought I would let you know.

    All good stuff here

    • Hi Phill,

Thanks for letting me know. I’ve got my developer on it and it’s something we are trying to get fixed.

      • Hi Tyrone
        Great stuff on your blog.
        Love it!
I left a message on your Youtube Channel about your background image, thought you would want to know.
        Thanks
        Phill

  11. Maria

    Hello Tyrone,

I remembered one of your emails before you recommended RescueTime as productivity tool. I installed the firefox plugin of RescueTime. Until now, I haven’t used it though because it’s bit complicated.

Do you have time tracking tools that your Filipino virtual assistants are using?

How can I track the time of my virtual assistants? You know, I am new & there are 6, all part time, of them already.

    Thanks for your help.

    Maria

    • Hi Maria,

Great question. You will need to download the Rescue Time software and install it on your computer. I didn’t know there was a plugin for Firefox.. so you may have installed the wrong one. Try getting your VAs to install it and it will sit in the background and keep track of everything for you.

Also each of your VAs will need to install a “single” license or free one to keep track of their work.

      Thanks.

  12. I read or heard somewhere that you use ecamms callrecorder. Do you use that to record side-by-side Skype interviews so the finished product will have both you and the person you’re interviewing on your desktop? And if so, do you then import that video/audio recording into Screenflow to edit?

    Thanks again.

    • Hi Steve,

Yes that is right. I use the call recorder for Skype in Mac and I always record in the side by side video option.

Once I’ve finished that I will put it through Screenflow to add text overlays and some music in the background. Once that’s done then I have it uploaded online to YouTube and Viddler.

      Hope this helps.

  13. Thanks for these tools Tyrone, they will be very helpful for me! Also, I checked out your recommendations in the comments above and those were helpful as well.

The tools you listed in the first part of the video came at a good time because I have a Mac too and I’ve been searching for a good screen capture software.

    Anna

    • Hi Anna,

Thanks for the warm compliments, I really appreciate it. I’m glad you also find my resources helpful and I hope you could utilize more from there to outsource your business needs.

Yes, Mac is fantastic and I highly recommend it as well to my subscribers.

      Cheers!

  14. Tyrone,

There is a wealth of information on your blog…very impressive. I am sure the value I am to gain from your blog is going to help me in my business. I will be visiting your blog often.

  15. Tyrone: WOA! OK, now. I never realized how much was needed in order to do all this. Sending great appreciation your way!

    • You are welcome. There’s more videos to come :)

  16. Mike

    Tyronne,

Great content. My question is what software do you use to edit your mp3 recording to your video.

    Thanks
    Mike

    • Hi Mike,

Thanks for your comment. I use Audacity to edit any of my Mp3′s. Though if it’s converting from video to mp3 audio file, the Mac OS has a built in option to automatically convert any .mov file into .mp3

  17. Tyrone:

I forgot these other wish list items: Best way/services/software to affordably host videos, hosting audio, webinar services, and favorite WordPress themes. Also, a FULL list of *everything* one might need in the very beginning, and then once you’re more established — and the costs. Hope I’m not getting too greedy! I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask. =)

    • Hi Laila,

Thanks and I love everyone’s feedback and the more the better because I can create videos for you (my audience). I can help you answer some of your questions briefly so you can get started:

Hosting videos and audio cheaply – Amazon S3: http://aws.amazon.com/s3/
Bucket Explorer – You will need this for Amazon S3 to work: http://www.bucketexplorer.com/

Also if you want to use a free video hosting service, I use both Youtube and Viddler (for longer than 10 minutes)

Webinar Services – I use calliflower and gotowebinar: http://www.calliflower.com and http://www.gotowebinar.com
Favourite WordPress themes – Woo Themes: http://www.woothemes.com/

I’ll create a video shortly for these tools to help everyone. Also, one last thing I do have a newsletter email that goes into a lot of detail of the other tools I mentioned above and if you are subscribed to my newsletter you will receive it in due time.

      Talk soon!

  18. Tyrone:

Double-thanks to you! Yes, these are all super helpful. I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of Nanacast.

  19. Tyrone:

I can’t thank you enough for your generosity in sharing this information! Choosing the right technology to invest in and learn has been one of my biggest challenges in moving forward. I know it takes many hours and months to research and experiment with all the options. Thank you for this!! I think you may have already gone over this, but it’d be great to see a “Video #3″ where you offer advice on which Auto-Responder, Shopping Cart, Web Host, Domain Registrar, Membership Website Software, etc. to use.

  20. Thanks Tyronne, this list is well noted. I use all the tools you got. I dont use Screenflow instead I use Camtasia or Jing Pro for a small annual fee which lot better than free jing. These tools are the backbone of any marketer who should be taken seriously.

    • Hi Mike,

I totally agree – Jing is excellent and I use it all the time to communicate work to my team of virtual staff. Camtasia is also great for PC, but I prefer Screenflow for Mac since I’m an Apple user.

  21. Great tools Tyrone – very valuable tools here man!

    • Hi Tony,

      Thanks for your warm comment.

I’ll be posting few more tools for you so watch out!

  22. Great video, mate.

This and the first one – valuable, simple stuff to follow for anyone wanting to get going, especially with the video aspect on things, too.

Your vids are getting better and better. Keep shooting, mate!

    Chris

    • Thanks Chris.

      There’s more to come!

  23. This is really a very great video. Most of the software you use are new to me except jing.

I also use camtasia before for screencasting.

But anyway, this is my first time visiting your blog since I saw the interview of you from yaro’s blog.

I was impressed with your blog because it really looks like yaro’s blog.

    - Felix Albutra

    • Hi Felix,

Thanks for your comment and yes Jing is one that I recommend you try, especially when you are working with a team of virtual staff. It can really help streamline your work.

Thanks for visiting and I hope to see you back here soon.
