Hi Annie,

Thanks for your comment. I'm glad the videos have helped you and benefited your business.

In regards to your question, it comes down to what you are willing to pay. As I recommended $125 US per month is a starting guide and this is what I would start at fo any part-time virtual assistant on. There's no right or wrong, because it's about trialing them and seeing if they can perform the tasks well. My first V.A. was the worst one I had ever met from India and I thought that was cheap! Though after trial and error I finally found my current V.A whose been with me for quite sometime.

I recommend trialling the first one you think is the most suitable for a few days and if it's not good move onto the next one on your list.

Hope this helps!

Hi Tyrone, I would like to thank you for sending me all the outsourcing information.I have started to use some of the guidelines shown in your videos. Is powerful. I am about to launch my website and with these outsourcing information, I am very confident that I will be able to overcome all obstacles even I am a newbie. Thank you very much.

Besides, I need to get some advice from you. I am in the process of screening all candidates for the partime job and I have few good one on hand. How much should i offer for someone doing article writing plus SEO work? Is USD125 too little?

Thanks again for your great help and I will definitely be the one promoting your product.

Good day!

Thanks for this video Tyrone. I was not aware of any of the software you suggested. It is extremely important to stay organized and ensure that your virtual employees know what is expected of them.

Hey James,

It's cool to ask. I'm glad you have lots of questions as I am more than happy to answer them. What your friends suggest is the way I have gone down to use online websites, with the one exception, that I own and run these websites to manage all my projects. The reason is so that I own the content inside the project management system and just in case the company goes under, I won't worry about losing any of my content.

I currently use ActiveCollab to manage all my projects and also heavily use Jing to convey changes to my virtual staff.

I would recommend starting with a system like ActiveCollab as it is very stable and easy to use.

If you need assistance with this, let me know and perhaps I'll create a tutorial on how to use it.

Thanks.

Tyrone, again a great video. I am advised by many of my friends to use online websites to manage my staffs but i am not very sure which one is the best. You have also sited jing, dot project, active. What you suggest the most. I have gone through the video only so sorry for asking again if you mentioned that in audio already.
