This is the fourth video in the 10 part series on how to outsource your Internet business. If you have not seen the first three videos in the series, I recommend watching them beforehand at:
- Video 1: Why You Should Outsource Your Work
- Video 2: Should I Hire A Contractor Or Virtual Staff?
- Video 3:How To Find People To Work For You Full Time
In video four, I demonstrate to you how to find potential candidates from OnlineJobs.ph. This is an excellent site that provides a wide ranges of candidates from the Philippines and are selected to work for Internet Marketers. In the video I will demonstrate how to access OnlineJobs.ph, what to look for in a candidate and how to contact them via OnlineJobs.ph. Hi Tyrone,
Question I went to onlinejobs.ph to start my hiring process you layout in the video…In the video you said it was a free service but for me they charge $49 per month…Am I doing something wrong?
Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your question. It’s not a free service, it’s oDesk that is a free a service. Onlinejobs have always charged a fee.
I recommend trying this service as well: http://www.tyroneshum.com/staff-finder
Thanks.
Hey Tyrone,
Would you be interested in guest blogging on our site? You seem to have a good understanding of outsourcing tactics and I bet you could put together some great posts. As long as it’s tasteful you could link back to Mass Outsource. I’d be happy to write some posts for you as well. It could be about outsourcing, or even about advice for the “travel lifestyle” as I’ve spent a lot of time working from my laptop while traveling through Asia. We could both benefit from some informative blog exchanges. Just send me an email if you’re interested or find me at http://easyoutsource.com/workers/eisenwasser
Thanks Tyrone. Tim, easyoutsource.com is not $49/month like onlinejobs. It really is 100% free and we’ll be hitting the 1000 user mark sometime next week. Obviously we’d like to make money from the site eventually, but we plan on keeping the basic job hiring features free. We believe quite strongly in openness with out users and we’re here to help you build your business. I think you will enjoy our site if you check it out.
Thanks for this Tyrone. One thing though, you didn’t mention getting access to the contact details of candidates will cost $49 per month.
Hi Tim,
Thanks for your comment. Good point. When I edit the videos I will mention this as well. Also when you join Mass Outsource Mastermind, you get access to this resource as well as part of the membership.
Thanks.
http://www.easyoutsource.com is another site you might want to check out. We also specialize in hiring people in the Filipinos for outsourcing. Unlike onlinejob.ph we are 100% free.
Hi Mike,
Thanks for sharing. I will note this in our resources area.
Helpful video Ty – thanks!
