You cannot use Xoom.com anymore if you are outside the US (unfortunately).

Thanks for your comment. Yes you are right only for people outside of the US, Xoom is not available. I currently use Paypal’s Mass Pay to transfer money to the Philippines.

I never used Xoom before but I heard about it and I know that is a very popular method that is been used now. It is safe and secure. You can use to send money worldwide from the comfortable of your home or office.
