The Fastest Way To Find Virtual Staff In The Philippines – Virtual Staff Finder

Today, I’m happy to share with you another podcast with Chris Ducker whom I already had on the call previously sharing his outsourcing business in the Philippines. Though what’s much interesting is that he’s recently launched a brand new service called Get Virtual Staff Finder to streamline finding and hiring virtual staff for small to large businesses and entrepreneurs. Watch this video to find more about this brand new service that I’ve used as well:

What Chris talked about inside this video:

  • Breaking the gap between homebased virtual assistants and the office based staff or handled by outsourcing companies
  • Giving people more chances of finding the right virtual staff as Virtual Staff Finder finds them while entrepreneurs can automatically hire them
  • Outsourcing lifts and bounds, horrors of choosing the wrong staff
  • And much, much more!

Well, as I’m the living proof of this fantastic service from Chris, I am really, really proud to share this service with everyone especially with my students in Mass Outsource struggling to find a qualified staff for their team. So, feel free to share your feedback and suggestions regarding this and if you’ve ever tried it.

  1. Tyrone you always have the best resources! I’m working my way up to needing a VA, and it’s so helpful to know that there’s a way over the “how do I hire the best person for my company?” obstacle.

    • Hi Amy,

Thanks. Let me know when the time comes and I’d be happy to help or provide you with the right resources and direction.

  2. Many of my friends are having trouble finding the right virtual assistants too. I shall share this post with them.

    • Thanks Raymond.

Let me know if you need any further assistance?

  3. Thanks Tyrone!

It is becoming more and more apparent that in order to get the success I want, I’m going to have to increase my extremely limited outsourcing.

I know I need to use outsourcing for turning videos and audios into pdfs, and other simple yet time-consuming tasks… but beyond that, I’m pretty clueless. I guess I’ll have to get your course to figure out the rest :-)

    keep smiling,

    Benjamin

    • Hey Benjamin,

Well, the fastest way to success is really to get other people to help you or to have really powerful systems in place. It’s always been the way and if you only do it yourself you only have so many hours in the day to complete tasks.

By the way I am reopening Mass Outsource Mastermind this month. Stay tuned for the email that’s going to be going out shortly.

      Thank you.

  4. I’m quite happy with the VA I found in the Philippines!

I have to say it’s made my life easier. She’s now single-handily writing an ebook for me right now and the draft blew me away.

    Thanks Tyrone for your guidance.

    Krizia

    • Hi Krizia,

That’s fantastic! Love to do a case study on you soon. Let me know when you are free to be interviewed?

      Thanks.

  5. Tyrone
I’ve just bookmarked this as it seems a great first step – whenever I get round to making it! Good interview, thanks
    David

  6. Good information Tyrone. I do a little outsourcing, but sometimes I feel like I would like to do more. I will keep Chris in the file for when I figure out what it is that I do need. He sure could make for things to be much simplier. If i were to do it now it would probably be in the social media, sometimes I think I fall down a little on knowing how to do that.
    Debbie

    • Hi Debbie,

Totally agree. There’s so much in social media that I get overwhelmed as well and that’s why I’ve got my team helping me with this side of things.

  7. Great information provided inside this video, Tyrone. Well done! I’m eternally grateful to you for the introduction you made for me that resulted in an excellent relationship with my virtual assistant. Thanks again and keep providing this information for people.

    • Hi Cheryl,

That’s great to hear your success with the relationship you have with your virtual assistant.

      Thanks.

  8. Can you believe I got local college students in my city who do my outsourcing work..Why? because I can sit down with them and go over details face to face.

I’m still saving good money on this type of service…my numbers break down the the fact of…every $1 I spend…I make $5 from the outsourcing..so it works out good for me.

But I do like the idea you guys have also, I will look in on it some more.

    Have a good one Tyrone..

    “TrafficColeman “Signing Off”

    • Hi Traffic Coleman,

That’s great! I’ve found college students to be very bright. Though you will need to ensure you find people for the long term as once they graduate you may need to retrain new staff.

      Thanks.

  9. Craig

    Hi Tyrone

I’m new to your site but am finding the info very interesting.

In some of your video’s you talk about sourcing the VS through online sites for $250 to $300per month, l’m wondering how these figure compare to what Chris is able to source for you (excluding the upfront cost)?

And have you used Chris’s Live2care service?

    • Hi Craig,

Thanks for popping over. It’s quite comparable and it depends on who you hire to help you. It will be up to you also to negotiate the best rate with your VA and what they are willing to work for.

I haven’t tried Chris Live2care service because it’s not what I need in my business.

  10. Hello all, Virtual Assistants (or VAs) perform many different tasks for their clients. They do everything from proofreading to helping their clients provide great customer service to web site design and web site maintenance to setting up teleclasses and sending out newsletters to many more.

  11. I am just beginning to use VA’s. Outsourcing has been a big challenge for me to accept. This looks like a safer way to find someone more compatible rather than hit or miss. Thanks for making me aware of this service.

    • Hi Bruce,

You are welcome and it’s also a friendlier and faster way to find VAs. I’m sure you will enjoy working with Chris.

    • Hi Bruce

I look forward to working with you when you decide to pull the trigger, buddy.

      All the best until then!

      Chris

  12. Interesting interview, and sounds like a very useful service. Thinking seriously about using this in the next few months.

    • Hey Joel,

Let me know how you go as I personally recommend this service to everyone I know – Saves a lot of time!

    • Hi Joel

Cool – I’m sure you’ll be happy with the outcome, bud.

I look forward to our consultation call, once you’ve signed-up and are ready to rock n roll…!

      Regards,
      Chris

  13. Great interview – wouldn’t expect anything less from you :-] Inexperienced with this type of outsourcing, definitively an address to remember for if and when I get around to outsourcing. In the meantime, happy to facebook and tweet.
    - Beat

    • Thanks Beat. Appreciate the support and hope to see you back here with a story on outsourcing your business soon!

  14. This is an invaluable source, Tyrone. What a nice guy. One thing I was wondering – who do you pay? The VA direct or Chris?

And – an off side question. Do you employ only Phillipinos?

For example, there is more and more video blogging and interviewing on line. These people write well – but when they get a mike they are sometimes very uncomfortable and make a lot of mistakes. They need a little touch up on presenting themselves.

I am a media coach. Was a talk show host and producer for 400 cable shows nationwide in the US for Wisdom Television. I train people via Skype and ooVoo.

Is there any call for that? This is a new area for VA.

Here is a link to what I do. Putting it at the end in case you do not allow it. You can take it out. But keep me in mind.

    http://www.personal-growth-with-corinne-edwards.com/hire-corinne-edwards/

    • Hi Corinne,

Thanks. You will pay Chris an upfront finder’s fee to help you search for the VA / virtual staff and then from there onwards you will pay your VA directly.

Yes I only employ people from the Philippines. What you’ve proposed is interesting and it’s possible to find someone to do what you are looking for. Perhaps have a chat with Chris because no doubt there will be educated presenters in the Philippines who would understand and be able to do what you’re looking for. I know personally it’s very easy to train them and communicate with them because they understand our western culture.

Hope this helps and let me know how you go as I would love to see it work for you?

  15. Tony

    Tyrone,

Thanks for introducing the Virtual Staff Finder service, it sounds like a great idea and like it would be a huge time saver. One question for you: you mentioned you used Chris to find you a PHP programmer. That doesn’t exactly fall into the traditional role of a virtual assistant. Does Chris offer the ability to find web developers/programmers too, or was that just a personal thing he did for you?

    All the best.

    • Hi Tony,

You are welcome. Yes Chris doesn’t just search for VA’s he can find literally anyone that you may need – programmers, videographers, book keepers etc. Since his located in the Philippines it’s as simple as placing an ad in the local area to find people for you. Let me know how you go?

    • Hi Tony

Yes, as Tyrne mentions, any type of virtual staff member(s) you need, we can find for you. Predominatly it is more of the traditional VA or online PA type of search.

But, we’ve placed many other types of virtual staff, too.

We even had one request from a husband wanting to hire a virtual nurse (yes, you heard me right!) for his pregnant wife to contact and chat with as and when she felt the need to do so.

      Excellent stuff….!

Let me know what you need, and I’m sure we can get the position filled for you.

      Chris

  16. Hey Tyrone,

Just gave the video a watch and I’m considering getting a personal assistant for when I’m tied down with my niche blogs!

If I do, I’ll definitely contact Chris!

    - Karl

    • Hey Karl,

Having one will definitely make your life a lot easier guaranteed! Let me know if there’s anything else I could help you with when you hire your first virtual assistant.

      Thanks.

    • Hi Karl

      Awesome stuff, buddy.

Niche sites are a real plus to any entrepreneurs list of income boosters.

Look me up when you’re ready to start utilizing a VA and we’ll hook you up with a great one…!

      Regards and good luck,
      Chris

  17. I’ve had my fair share of ‘bad’ outsourcing staff over the years. When you get a ‘bad’ one you do have to be ruthless and move on from them.

The service that Chris now provides sounds like a service I could have done with a few years ago!

    Andrew

P.S. I now very happy with my outsourcers!

    • Hi Andrew,

Yes I know exactly what you mean and that’s why when Chris introduced this service I was so happy to use it. It’s targeted towards business users like us.

    • Hi Andrew

First up, happy to hear that all is going well with your outsourced staff – excellent news.

Secondly, if you get to the point where you need any additional I’m sure we’d be able to help you find the dedicated home-based staff you need a little easier than you’ve experienced in the past.

      Look us up!

      Chris
